Wouldn't recommend. Went in for an interview and Lady spoke to me condescendingly about a bank account because she doesn't understand what Chime is. You told me to show up Monday after opening a bank account. I called you Monday to let you know it would be the next day before I could do that, and you said I was fired because I didn't show up first thing. You never specified a time. You never even said morning. You are just too stubborn to admit you were wrong. I wasted my time and effort. I don't leave good reviews because I believe good customer service should be a given unless you've gone above and beyond expectations. I leave reviews where they're needed. My great-grandparents raised me in this town. The people of this town should know who they're doing business with. I've lived around here for 38 years. I don't know how many of you are related to the original owners. I will not be recommending this store again, nor will I ever shop here.

My wife and I bought a couch and loveseat here. Our sales person was very personable and took the time to let my wife see and feel all the types fabrics and colors that we could have for our couches. She was always very knowledgeable as well! Since getting the couches they’ve been very good quality thus far!

The new store is nice looking as well!

We moved from Center Point to McCalla almost 6 years ago. After 43 years in the same house, we ditched all our furniture and started over. We had listened to Leland on 99.5 talk about Launius for so long we decided to check them out and bought all our furniture from them. When we decided a few weeks ago to geta recliners for our bedroom there really wasn't much to think about. We found exactly what we were looking for and decided to get 2 instead of 1. Our only problem now is whether to sleep in our bed or the new recliners!!
So glad we listened to Leland and tried them out. Service was outstanding!

Launius Furniture is the most amazing company!! Incredible selection, unbeatable prices, same or next day delivery, and outstanding quality. We purchased a bedroom suite and living room set almost a year ago. It is still in great shape! I would be willing to travel just to receive the type of customer service this company provides. Highly recommend to everyone!!

Well i have been a loyal customer for many years and i have bought many things in the past on a hand shake when john launis owned this place but now that it has new owners they dont even care to even keep the merchandise till its paid for but when a low class doesnt have credit but needs help and offers to pay weekly and put down half up front and they have no way at all to lose anything they still wont that really shows how the new owner feels about there customers so im sorry to say i wont shop here anymore i wish them best of everything that god sends there way but they have great products for sure hands down just wish a mans word was worth more these days but i do know thats very hard to say thanks for reading i wish all customers a blessed day
