The most unprofessional place i’ve ever been to. My mom is getting married in three weeks, and we decided to order everything with them to have the same theme. I had ordered the pillows personalized, its on the receipts, and they came blank because they said it was extra charge, i wouldn’t had mind paying extra, but they didn't even tell me or anything. They also order the flower bouquet in a whole different color, I asked what could we do and they decided to just give me a obviously cheaper bouquet. The champagne set didn't come with the glasses, so when we weren't looking she was taking out some other glasses and tried to say those were the one that went with the set. Thankfully, one was broken so she couldn’t give us both glasses. Till now, I still haven’t received the cake cutters, champagne set and a white bouquet. The owner insulted my mom and aunt when they went to try and resolve the problem. They had time to fix these problems but decided to act like children and argue back and forth. Worst experience ever. Disgusting people with horrible attitude, as a customer service worker, these people have no future in this industry. Be careful with these manipulative people.

They made my dress shopping simple. Finally found my wedding dress here for a great price. Employees were very polite. Bought dress of rack so I did not use their alterations. This place it's nothing too fancy but makes up with beautiful dresses and great staff.

DO NOT order your tux here!! They done well with my daughter in laws dress so I took my son here for his tux. Nothing fit, they did order a different jacket. Which was fin . I took the groomsman tie and suspenders in the get the right colo . It didnt match at all, they ordered the wrong color. What was supposed to be the best day of their life turned into a nightmare!! Thanks Bellas for ruining my sons wedding!!!I will never do business with you again!! 🤬😡

Yesterday..I had a first time experience...!! I had the cops called on me..!!! I had my daughter's evening dress hemmed...at a Bella's Bridal Boutique...while my daughter was trying it on for measurements...I don't know if the lady got the zipper caught in material and forced the zipper...but the zipper broke as she was zipping it..! So they said it would be 15 dollars to replace it...and it isn't the money....it was the principal...so they replaced the zipper and did a very sloppy...unprofessional job...I told her to be fair...I would pay half the 15.....the owner argued with me for almost an hour through an interpreter...the sweet girl that was at the register was our interpreter......of course...I would have paid the 15...but the attitude was terrible...so I told the owner...I would pay half...since it was a poor job...and I felt like partly their fault....she said if I didn't pay the full 15 dollars...she would call the police....I said go ahead...even though I thought it was ridiculous...for 7 dollars..! And she did indeed call the cops..! The girl had to describe me...a flowered top...black hair...and a skirt...ha....when they got there I apologized...to take them away from important job of saving lives....to come here....they said...there was nothing they could do...! the owner finally agreed to take half the pay...this was like an hour event...again...it wasn't the money...it was the principal....what happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE?... During the time this happened...a customer came in...and then put her items down...and left the store....So Just a warning to you all...this is the type of service you will get at BELLA'S BRIDAL BOUTIQUE in Murfreesboro..! Just a typical day in the boro..! ALSO... when I spoke to them before I got there...I asked did you steam it? She said yes...I got there and it was all folded up on a table...not even hanging up...and it was wrinkled everywhere..!!!

This little unassuming dress shop is packed full of beautiful dresses (prom, quinceanera, wedding, and pageant) and the ladies that run the shop are super helpful and super nice. I would recommend this dress shop to anyone looking for a dress. Alterations are available and affordable!

Horrible experience
As well as. The lady with her so customer service.As we entered she had a very out of tone attitude.
And i couldnt even look at the catalogue with out her having a remarked question.
