I ran into this fabulous place by mistake lol & so glad I did !

First of all I gotta say that what an excellent customer service 👌In the past I have left places without buying anything because of the customer service, and here I end up buying more because of customer service 😂 The lady who’s name is DREAM was awesome who helped me every way she could to get what I wanted ! Thank you❤️

It’s a new place, in time I am sure it will look much nicer after the business picks up. The quality of the cloths r great & the price is reasonable considering to other modest clothing places ! Only request I have is to have a collection for Pettit Women like me😢So many beautiful stuff but it’s just too long like every other modest clothing ! It’s not the store’s fault it’s just where the clothing comes from they are pretty tall..! One day hopefully we will get our own section..🙏

It took me a while to post the review because of some personal issues! But I am glad I did. If you are in nyc please do visit this modest clothing store, you will love it.

Changing Minds

I really like this store, but the lady who works at the cashier has th WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!! I felt ashamed that someone like her has to represent that store and Islam if someone goes into this store. I was new to the store and never seen what or how the dressing rooms are like in NYC and I had to ask her three times if I can use the dressing room was and then she finally answered. And when I did the dressing room curtains were broken and if I didn't use clothes to block the view from outside then people would be able to see me change... There was also a dress that I wanted and it was ripped, she says since it was ripped she would give me a discount, and when she put it in the computer she would put the wrong discount just to make me pay more. And the bad customer service wasn't just me it was with multiple customers when I went there.

They had a good selection and a variety of sizes (I think had up to 3XL ) the lady at the front was very kind and directed me to some local eateries as I was from out of town

This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced!! I ordered 2 dresses after I saw a few influencers wear their dresses. I am usually an XS but their material was too small and it took an entire month to finally return and get refunded. The first woman I spoke to clearly didn’t know how to read as she kept sending this already created email to me again and again that had nothing to do with my actual questions. The second woman was nicer to speak to but still had the same end result. Lack of communication. I was left in the dark as to what is happening. If I didn’t stay on top of this I would have been either stuck with the dresses or never received a refund. Avoid at all costs.

I purchased an abaya .. it came small… I had to send it back and I got a call from Dina, she helped me so much… she was on the phone with me helping me make my purchase so I can receive the abaya for eid
Dina recommended me an abaya that she had purchased for eid and I loved it so much
But unfortunately my size was sold out
Dina actually sold me her abaya that she purchased for eid … there abayas are amazing !!!

I ordered a dress online from this store. It was on discount but still was around 100$. Due to their policy I am unable to send it back for a refund. The dress was so thin and see thru and poor quality. The dress did not even fit well and it is my usually size it just looked so sloppy. This was my first time ordering from them. If I was able to refund and pick another dress I would. Due to their policy I will not be ordering from again. I was excited to receive my dress for Eid but never again I will order from here.

I hardly and never post reviews but I have a duty to give credit where it’s due. I have never seen exceptional customer service in any business like Dina’s customer service from California. I can text or call her anytime of the day even after work hours and she answers right away. I don’t know how shes available 24/7 with a outside life too. She’s so dedicated to her job as if she’s the owns the company. I hope she is highly valued and appreciated in the business if not she should definitely contact me and I will kindly provide her with better work offers. Definitely hard to find exceptional customer service like Lameera. Thank you!

I bought a dress online and tried to contact them in regards to a refund. Absolutely horrendous reply times and after the second message they completely ghosted. I tried both the number listed on the website as well as their instagram with no reply on either. Completely unprofessional and not worth the money or hassle.
