One grateful lady!! After paying cash for 3 rooms worth of furniture during 2020 our office chair broke 9 months ago. Even though it was under warranty the right parts couldn’t be found to fix it SO the owners of lagniappe stepped up and did a full replacement! They truly value their customers and have went above and beyond to follow through with great customer service! I’m in love with all of the quality furniture and this incredible company! Thank you Lagniappe, we will be buying more furniture to fill our other rooms in the future!

Wonderful experience, buying furniture here. Customer service is great and they go above and beyond to make things right should a problem arise. I had an issue with a table; not due to Lagniappe, but the manufacturer. I was sure it was going to be a nightmare, but to my surprise, Sam rolled out the red carpet to ensure that I was pleased and happy with every piece of furniture I purchased. Wow, not many people do the right thing anymore. Lagniappe does! I highly recommend this store!

Excellent excellent service! Tammie and Sam and the whole crew took such good care of us and made sure that we got exactly what we wanted even though we were overly indecisive! Awesome customer service. My parents had a issue with the manufacturer of their sofa set they purchased from Lagniappe. Sam took care of everything, she went above and beyond to help and make them happy. I can not say thank you enough for all that you did to correct the issues. My parents and I are extremely happy at how well you really value and take care of your customers. Amazing store and staff!!!

Our delivery and set up guys were second to none. The large desk I had purchased had a tough time fitting thru the door of my home office. These gentleman were patient and eventually found a way to get this done. I cannot say enough good things about their professionalism and customer service.

Our sales lady was nice and personable, so much so, that we made plans to return for additional purchases. Unfortunately there were a couple of mistakes made by the staff during the write-up/purchasing process, which we understood to have been taken care of, based on conversations held at the end of our visit during check out. The mistake was not explained to us in detail, but a general statement was made that if we had been over charged ,we would be refunded the amount, or if we had been under charged they would just honor the amount that had already been processed. We understood, I mean, we are all human and mistakes happen, that's no big deal.When we got home and assembled our furniture, realized a piece was missing. We call the next morning to let them know. We received a return call from the manager Sam. She explained the mistake that was made (a reasonable oversight, someone simply did not write up the last piece of the furniture) . She explained that we could pick up the piece and pay for it. I tried to explain to her the conversation from the day before, and we were told if we were undercharged that it would be honored. We were not told we would be missing a piece of our sectional which would make it impossible to use 2 of the 3 recliners. Sam DID NOT want to hear anything I had to say, even when I tried to tell her that I am not trying to give her a hard time, just trying to inform her of what we were told the day before. Sam became very defensive, rude, and absolutely distasteful in her approach to reconcile. At the end of the call she made unprofessional accusations and made it clear that, we, the customer, caused her a loss. We arrived to pick up the missing piece, I spoke to our sales person who was extremely nice and apologetic. We had a good conversation where I voiced concern about 2 spots on our new furniture and how to get them fixed. She said we had to go talk to Sam, so we did. Sam did not introduce herself just told me "here is your new paperwork if you can live with it" and continued to be very rude and unprofessional. When we tried to mention the spots she said our only option was to swap it with the piece from the show room floor. I informed her that the floor piece had snags and scratches which were worse than our piece. She just shrugged her shoulders and snarled. So not only will we not be going back as planned. Now we have a very expensive piece of furniture that has issues that need to be addressed and I do not feel comfortable getting help from the store. So we feel stuck with no help. I was beside myself at how disrespectful and careless a so called "manager" could be. She definitely needs further coaching on conflict resolution and customer approach. All we want is to get our new couch fixed so we can enjoy it.
