Excellent customer service & great deals everyday. They also appreciate seniors and military veterans with discounts on top of already great prices. Supporting LadyBUGs also supports the Lighthouse Recovery Center that offers women help and healing from drug and alcohol addiction. Win-Win! Thank you!

I had a fun time finding glassware for the holidays for the dinner table and for gifts. It was great getting a 50% discount on these items. I also purchased a popcorn machine that is going to make a great Christmas gift for my grandchildren.

This is a great little place with lots of items, super friendly staff, and extremely fair prices! I was surprised by their curated pieces. It felt like a boutique experience. I’ll be back soon!

I have remarkable experiences with Lady Bug Boutique. Variety of merchandise at reasonable prices. The store is very well organized, and the atmosphere is welcoming. The clerks are very professional, and personable. They are willing to accommodate you with all your needs. It is a non profit organization and the money goes to serve the women & children at the lighthouse ! I feel proud to be a part of donating, and purchasing to a good cause that goes back into our community. Thank you

The quality and selection of items for a non-profit were good. Did I feel welcomed? NO. The focus and customer service was on the older white customer. Funny because the employees were both of latin descent. The acknowledgment and service was different based on whatever factors they were using to determine service. I did pay for the items I had already selected. Will I return. Not sure. The frustration was the difference in treatment. I went in casual and out of my regular dressed up self. Felt watched like I was gonna take something. What they don’t realize is I earn 3x what they both make combined. If not more. I chose to give this place a shop. I chose to buy items here. I chose not to buy more than I had already had at the counter. Leaving several items in their home department behind. Very disappointed by the treatment.
