Huge store with a great selection of furniture in a variety of price ranges. We visited after the 4th of July and they had a very nice sale going on. We ended up buying a sectional sofa and a recliner, which they delivered free that same day. Can't ask for more than that! The furniture was very good quality and the customer service was very attentive. Because of the sale the price of the furniture was comparable to what we had seen at Big Lots but much better quality and with free delivery.

I purchased a set of full grain Bassett furniture on March 26th. Immediately upon delivery the furniture was scratched and one chair had a factory defect. They promised to replace it. As of today, 9/28/20, the defective piece has not been replaced. They came about 2 months ago with the wrong piece and they sent someone out to fix the first set if scratches. Now, I have to keep blankets over it to keep it from being scratched. The person I have dealt with Stella, is rude and occasionally sends emails in all caps telling me that I need to be patient. Today, I noticed a tear in a recliner that is full thickness because it is so thin! This is definitely NOT full leather and I paid $5500.00 for junk and very poor customer service.

This is one of the most pleasant stores around. My orders were completed as promised and the delivery personnel did an outstanding job. Way easier then driving all the way to Montgomery. Ask for Pam she is the best.

Big showroom with lots to choose from. But VERY 90's in that they will not sell you one piece from a bedroom set. Well, there were a LOT of broken up bedroom sets, but they wouldn't break it up for me. Perhaps they only do that for their friends?

Their furniture was the same price as anywhere else you go. The furniture can come in different colors. They were very friendly and always wanted to help you find what you need.
