I used KNC many years ago, long before there were any "Google reviews" to replace my kitchen countertop with a granite one. While they did an excellent job cutting and installing the countertop, it was not the exact color that I had requested. Unfortunately, my mom suffered a heart attack at about the same time that the installation occurred, and I was not up for what I figured would just be an argument about what I ordered even if the true black granite that I ordered cost more than the black one with shiny flecks in it that they installed. To add insult to injury, even if it had been the correct color, it still had the wrong edge on it.
At that moment in time, I was so stressed that I felt it easier for me to just let it go and eat the price difference. Even the wrong countertop was such a major improvement that I decided to just live with it like it is and didn't even bother to mention it.

First experience was 2014. New kitchen granite plus two bathrooms. Great job with no problems experienced. In 2019 I personally spoke with Mr Nelson about kitchen sink. Mr Nelson came/looked at on either a Thursday or Friday and indicated he would return the following Monday. Because of COVID and other circumstances (mine and his) it was forgotten.

Sink ‘fell out’ in Apr 2023. Called office and was told it would be $600 to repair. I explained several times that only the clips need to be replaced. I was told to call some else if that price was not acceptable. Not knowing what to do, I agreed as it was installed by Nelson and told Veronica that if Mr Nelson could ‘live with it’, so could I.

Technician came on May 19 and was here for approx 30 minutes. In that time period:

Removed/cleaned sink
Disconnected one pipe and reconnected
Sealed sink

I surely believed the technician would relay to Mr Nelson how small the job actually was. Basically, I paid $600 for 30 minutes work.

Up to this time I always recommended Kyle Nelson HOWEVER - never again.

In closing I guess Mr Nelson and I can live with it.

When you are ready for a change - You are ready for a change. So when considering bathroom and kitchen renovations I was dismayed by the time lapse between approval and work start. But this was not just KNC it was all contractors that I contacted. Between high recommendations received, the quality of material presented, and price given- KNC was my first choice the wait was worth it. I knew going into a renovation project that any contractor is limited by supply demands. That being said I was prepared for the anticipated wait of about 18 weeks for the project to start. So glad I waited.
I just wanted to take a minute and tell you how impressed I am with the work in progress at my home. I have been pleasantly surprised by the work being done by Matt Turner. He met me at the home improvement store to help with tile purchases. Giving discreet recommendations as to choices and maintence. His work ethic, his consideration, and his kind manner has made this experience so much easier than anticipated. He made my home - his home taking care to be clean and neat - sound and dust consideration was kept to a minimum. Any and all work forces needs more like him.

Who says you are to go with a big box or chain store for guaranteed excellence? They’re busy, so order ahead of your timeline; but they’re efficient and they are very reasonably priced compared to surrounding competitors. I used them for my hall bath vanity top and will use them again for my master.

Kyle came to our house and measured this morning for countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. He offered great suggestions and is very knowledgable. We are waiting on his quote, but were impressed with him and his granite selection.
