Women kicked us out for looking around, said no looking around, just buying. Told us there are to many customers in and out, so we need to wear masks. We were the only ones in the store. There was no sign regarding to masks. Locked the doors at 2:30 saying “on lunch”, putting a 4:00 sign on the door.

Don’t listen to what anybody else says, this place is the GO TO PLACE for formal dresses! ABSOLUTELY best customer service I’ve ever received in my life and I don’t typically leave reviews AT ALL. The lady assisting me with a dress stuck with me through and through and made me feel absolutely beautiful even with the little bit of weight I’ve gained. She even told me she can alter the dress there and have me pick it up shortly in a week. They have so many different styles there and she told me herself that she shops everyday for new dresses to bring in store. I appreciated this positive experience and the assistance. I cannot stop smiling or glowing from the experience I’ve had at this store. Cannot say enough of what a wonderful experience Ive had here.

If I could give zero I would. Lady said she would fix my dress I bought from her for prom. And I told her I needed the dress done by April 1st (went in the first week of March) she said okay and that she could hem it and adjust it with in two weeks and so we payed $60 for her too do this. She said two weeks max for the fix so two weeks later we went back and was told it was not done and that she had not even started on it and to come back when she texted. So we did and it was now days before I need said dress so I had to take it then. And she had said that she could get rid of a big stain on the dress (that she said someone spilled something on it while trying it on but still sold it) she did not in fact she made it bigger than before and I waited 3 weeks for her to quite literally put a pin in my dress and take a $60 tip to "fix" it. Also could not keep her hands off of me when I tried the dress on and unzipped it before I was done trying it on so I had to catch it before it fell off and I did not tell her or ask to be touched or unzipped like who dose that. Would not recommend to anyone as she is a crook and will waist your time and money. Just go to JCPenney and find a cheaper dress of better quality and have it actually fit you. NEVER GO HERE .

Went to K Fashion at Merle Hay Mall to get a prom dress. Do not go there ladies. The owner is extremely rude. When I went to pay she actually asked me to go into the mall and get cash so she didn't have to pay the fee for using the card machine. She had been very rude to and​ if my daughter hadn't wanted that particular dress so bad I would not have given her my business. I told her I will never set foot in her shop again. I have never ever been pushed to the edge like this before. Usually I have a lot of patience as I have worked retail before. But this lady does bad business and has horrible manners.

NO STARS! DO NOT SHOP HERE! This owner does not deserve a sale with the way she treats her customers. We had $600 set aside for a dress and so did my daughters friend. Rudest Owner in the city! Lost out on an easy $1200 worth of sales and all of our business in the future! Wont ever go back in... even if she is the last dress shop open on Earth!

I took my daughter in here to look at dresses. She will be in 9th grade and over the moon about dances and finding a perfect dress. The lady working had terrible customer service skills. Asked me what I was looking for. I told her we were looking for a formal dress. She turned around and walked away from me. Before I even finished speaking she was gone. My daughter found a dress she loved so I asked her if she could try it on. The lady told me she could only try it on if I bought it. I told her straight up there was no way in hell I would ever buy a dress before she tried it on and left. I see now she has done this regularly! Not a very smart business move to scare off teen girls who have four years of dances to attend.
0 stars wasn't an option. This lady is vile!

I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone. Lady was rude as hell ! She was pressuring my cousins to by a quince dress, told her she had to pay in full. She made her try on a dress then kicked me out from trying to help her zip it up. When we went back up to the counter we told her that will be back, that will think about it. She then got serious and threw her booklet down. Never experienced customer service like that. I’m surprise her store is still open. Like I said, I wouldn’t recommend going to this store. Worst place ever! Sadly I had to rate this stupid store. But I’d give it no stars.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! My mom went into this store looking for a pair of shoes for me and my sister and herself a dress for my brothers wedding. The lady working, who I believe is the owner, told my mom after looking her up and down, “no no we skinny here, you go to JCPennys.” HOW RUDE!! I wish I was with my mom I would’ve lit this lady up! I’m only giving 1 star because I have to! I don’t even understand how this store is still open with all the terrible reviews.
