Estefany is amazing! I called on November 25th because I couldn’t order online! She told me I wouldn’t get till 12/24! So immediately headed to the store! Her and the gentleman working with her, I can’t find his name, but I walked in he took me straight to the men’s wedding bands! Found the perfect wedding bands and the went to bracelets! She pulled a brand new one they got! Beautiful! She surprised me to tell they were 50% off! Just a bonus but her customer service, I was hooked!! We discussed the Le Vian show coming and set up my appointment for it! While checking out she said do you want me to clean your wedding band set and she cleaned my Rhythm and Diamond Necklace!! She offered which is amazing because most jewelers don’t offer that!!I have bought from her before and let me say she knows her stuff and is amazing! Go to Kay Jewelry at Music City Mall and let them help you find the perfect piece for you or a loved one! 100% top notch Customer Service! I will be coming back!!

I have never had a good experience with this store. Today I checked the website to make sure they were open before I went. Got there and the gates were down. A man and woman were inside preparing to open. I approached and said your website says you’re open. The man shook his head and walked away. The woman actually used her words and said not till 11. Maybe someone needs to update the website! Also, makes me wonder why I still trade at Kays.

My visit today was awful at first. Renee the 1 st person was rude and made sure I knew I had inconvenienced her with my jewelry inspection. Comments like( this will take me all day) ( this is our busy season I am losing money) ( asked another girl if she would split her sales because I will be working on this customer for hours) . This is only a few comments that I had to listen to. I have never been treated this way way before. Thought my jewelry inspection would show that I have been a customer for a long time. Almost makes me wonder why I would go back to Kay jeweler’s again.
Then another sales person offered to take over for Renee and my visit was a complete turn around. She apologized, was quick to fix the problem that Renee had caused herself with a tangled chain. I think her name was Dazee, professional, quick and she spoke with respect. Dazee is the reason I will try Kay’s 1 more time.

I recently visited Kay Jewelers and had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Rene. From the moment I interacted with her, she was rude and dismissive, making me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. Her unprofessional attitude made what should have been an enjoyable experience very unpleasant. Customer service is key in a business like this, and unfortunately, Rene did not meet even the basic expectations. I hope the management takes steps to address this behavior so future customers aren’t treated in the same manner.

It’s been a couple weeks since my visit to Kay Jewelers, and I still feel upset about the experience I had. An employee named Renne was extremely rude, dismissive, and had a negative attitude the entire time. I usually avoid writing reviews, but the way I was treated was unacceptable and has stuck with me. I won’t be returning to this location, and I hope management addresses this issue so no one else has to experience such poor customer service.
