Bought a 2400.00 LG washer dryer combo from them. Took it home, installed and it, and it never worked from day one. Called them about getting out fixed. They told us 3weeks for a tech to show up. So I wanted to just exchange for a working unit. Mind you, it had been 1 day since purchased. They hung up on me. I called back. They then, over the phone told me they will not be replacing the unit and to Piss Off... would highly recommend a root canal with no shot then dealing with these people

I wouldn’t buy a product from here. They don’t stand behind their products. Bought washer/dryer combo and wouldn’t clean one cycle. Called for service and it’s gonna take over two weeks to look at it. Two weeks came and they refuse to show up. Says it’s an LG problem. Poor customer service including manager.

We purchased a washer, dryer, range, fridge and dishwasher from Karl's in Spencer IA, approximately 1 1/2 years ago. The top shelf of the dishwasher, the plastic coating has disintegrated and the metal shelf is rusting. I called Karl's to see what can be done, and was told warranty was expired but I could buy a new shelf for approximately 90 to 150. Dollars. I realize the warranty has expired but I thought maybe I would, at the very least get a discount on a new shelf. After all we did buy 5 appliances. But won't do that again. Not there

Very upset!!!! Got charged double for delivery/installation and was told a check would be in the mail and over a year later...still no check. Spent over $1200 on a new KitchenAid to have it die in one and a half years!

Do not even consider buying appliances here. ZERO star review. Negative experience from sales, customer service, parts/warranty and install. Ordered 6 Whirlpool appliances to receive a rebate, salesperson went through each SKU to ensure all items we picked out were on the rebate. Sure enough the refrigerator he ordered was not and we lost a $600 rebate. District manager had no resolution for their mistake. We had to pay a 3rd party installer more money because Karl’s installer quit, which resulted in dishwasher leaking all over floor because it wasn’t installed correctly. He also installed our stove 1 week before we moved in and he knew it didn’t work, but didn’t tell me when I wrote him a check at the end of the day. Karl’s was advised of the broken range by the installer, but no one called to tell me it was defective, we figured it out when we moved in and tried to use it. Karl’s then proceeded to tell me the replacement range was on backorder leaving me with no range as their resolution, had to call district manager who offered a loaner stove. Now my microwave heating element stopped working (6 months old) and I’ve called twice and left a message both times for service and no one calls back. This is exactly why buying online from big retailers is a better option.

What an excellent experience!! Randy (store manager) was very knowledgeable, helpful and worked with me remotely to put together my order. Joel and Cale delivered with white glove service. They were also knowledgeable and stayed until I knew my appliances work! Highly recommend local shopping!

Horrible customer service. Have been fighting with them for a year to fix our range that is under warranty. They have coat us over 300 dollars in pans and utensils due to how ill working our gas range is and will not listen to the actual issues and have lied to the warranty company about how their techs have behaved. I was almost assaulted by their first so called tech that was sent to my home. Not to mention that their manager Randy is a drunk(coming from numerous ex empolyees) and a very sexist person ad he will not speak directly to me but requires my husband to call. Melissa also is violent and threatens and busses you out when you call her out on her inappropriate behavior and try to get things accomplished. GO TO NEILSON AND SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND HEADACHES.
