I appreciate having this dealer so close to home. After searching for a year and wasted two hour trips to look at vehicles that were not all they were cracked up to be, I am kicking myself for not coming to these guys first!
The car buying process is something I never look forward to, but these guys made it a breeze! I spotted a vehicle I was interested in that was at the Ankeny location and they brought right to me in Glidden to look at. I got a fair offer on trade and fair price on the new vehicle. They even brought to my attention a cosmetic issue that was on the top of the vehicle that I never would have noticed and said they'll get it taken care of asap. They worked with me over the distance (2hr drive) to make 100% certain I knew every detail about the truck before I made the drive to purchase it! The truck was in the same condition as was described over the phone, no surprises once I got there.

Overall, happy with the purchase and the customer service received from both guys in the front office!

They didn't have vehicle full of fuel when we picked it up. Bugs all over windshield. 7 weeks still don't have title. Not very good service.

After purchasing many vehicles over the years, I have to say that I had a great experience at Spangler Automotive with Jeff and Jack. From the very start it was a very relaxed and low pressure buying environment. Jeff listened to what I was looking for and went thru the features that were of value to me. They were willing to negotiate for the price I was looking for and washed and cleaned the vehicle before I left the lot. They even have a shop mascot Pablo the cockatoo!!! I love my Cadillac SRX!
