The variety of items are great, and I always get lots of help when choosing gifts for all kinds of occasions! I have loved all of my purchases from here and definitely feel like the gifts that I purchase are so unique. I always find something for myself along the way and it’s always fun to see all of the items even if I’m just browsing.

Love this Hallmark! It is located in Vestavia on Montgomery Hwy. Karen, the owner, knows her customers and goes over and above to help them find the perfect card, gift, ornament, etc. for each holiday! We buy a keepsake ornament every year! All of the ladies are very friendly and knowledgeable of what they have to offer!

Every Hallmark store I've visited has had exceptional service and an even more exceptional array of cards to choose from. The staff is very friendly and helpful, if you need it. It's worth the extra few bucks for the card as well.

Vicky & Amy went above and beyond for me today! They were incredibly kind and helpful getting me safely to my job interview I was late for due to being lost and forgetting my cellphone and glasses at home. Hallmark is very fortunate to have these 2 amazing women working for them and helping me through the panic I was in and even being encouraging and supportive even though I wasn't a customer speaks to the level of customer service you can expect to receive while shopping there. All around amazing

Went in to get gift wrap and cards, cashier was super rude, did not ask for my hallmark card, then when I gave her my card had to ask her 2 to 3 times to apply all my rewards. Then when she finally did, she left one off and got an attitude. Would not recommend this location to anyone. There was one nice lady working the floor that helped me she had a cute bob, that's the only reason I purchased my items. Moving forward I will not shop at this location for any reason the cashiers there seem not to ask all customers for there card or offer it.

Great store with great people. They were very helpful Even though they didn't have what I needed but only because it sold out everywhere. I've been using this store For many, many years... Like multiple decades, And it's always been Wonderful. A highly recommended place

My visit to this establishment was horrible. This was my first time there and there were several ladies working. One on the register helping a customer, one standing beside her doing nothing, except pretending not to see me standing there. Mind you I was the only African American in the store. She proceeded to help someone else who had just walked in. I will NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE. Since I'm not welcomed. Not the image HALLMARK should exemplify.
