So much variety here. A great store
You will be carded, I’ve been carded in any and every adult store so that’s normal to me.

Me and my husband visited this location while in Oxford today, we've gone into love stuff stores in the past and have had great experiences but this particular store had terrible vibes and customer service. We came in looking for a specific toy, we were carded when we went to go look at them..it felt unnecessary as my husband is I'm his 40s and I'm in my 30s... but still we were fine with that. Then as I'm narrowing down my choices we notice one of the employees is standing right beside us watching us.. again, weird but whatever. I pulled up one of the toys I was deciding on on my phone to see the reviews and if buying a more expensive one in that store was worth it and the associate told me I was not allowed to use my own phone in the store. I thought she was joking, the signs I saw said no videoing, pictures, or FaceTime calling which again was fine. She said no you're not allowed to use it at all. So I put both toys back and told my husband we wouldnt be purchasing a thing there. I'm not sure if this love stuff is the only one with that policy or if all the other stores just have common sense to know telling grown adults they aren't allowed to use their phone is bad business and silly, but we will be sure not to visit this location again.

They definitely have any and everything you could possibly need for female and or male, it was just a lil pricey. Like this lace nighty thing was 45 dollars. Thats Ludacris!!! But they got what you need I'm sure, it just might break the bank. Lol

The workers here are always nice. Sadly everything I’ve ever gotten from this store breaks within 24 hours. And since they don’t do returns or refunds I’m left jumping through hoops registering warranties on other websites trying to get my money back for something that barely lasted a day. I know that the item itself is not their fault, but the fact that I can’t just return the thing makes this so much more trouble than it’s worth. Tired of wasting my money.
I think I’ll stick to ordering online where I don’t have the hassle.

I love this place, the staff are so knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Businesses like these are very important, it's better to have safe and well made products that you can buy vs. any dangerous alternative.

I absolutely love lingerie. I've never had a good experience with this store. Specifically the chick with the colored hair. Maybe was just having a bad day? Every time I've gone in, she's in a mood. And how about, considering corsets aren’t cheap and are on the expensive side. Allowing someone to see if they fit or not. Over their clothing. Sooooo they don't waste their money on something that they had hoped would fit but doesnt..I will never again spend money at this store. Wasted $200. Thanks.
