I’m thoroughly impressed by this shopping center! I was looking for a new handbag and found a wide selection of high-end brands. I have been going here for years, and there have been a couple rude employees over the years. But the woman they have working there named Andrea.. she is by far the most rude, cold, distant customer service representative I have encountered there. Before I got to the counter I could hear her very short, condescending, rude tone answers to previous customers. I went up with a smile, asked how her day was, and got a “84 cents” with a stone cold face. I said I hadn’t seen her there before and she said she has been there 3 years, still with a snappy tone and rude face, and still I told her to have a nice day, still nothing but coldness. She definitely made me not want to go back. She needs customer service training badly. The client before me was put off by her snappy nature as well.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE! The owner made me lose about 500 dollars worth of clothes. He was no help, and was extremely rude. He offered no help, except praying. Have heard of other folks losing items as well, including someone who lost items from their late father.

Don't bother with this place, they lie!! Needed a passport photo and was told to come in right now, no appointment needed. They could accommodate me. Get there after a 20 minute drive and the guy tells me, sorry the girl that takes the photo is not here come back later!!!! Don't trust them. Will never return

Nice couple runs this Just post it place for many years! Super convenient way to drop off Fed Ex UPS and USPS packages here. Also used we used notary service few times.

Garbage store!!!.. guy talked me into pain an extra $17 to get there 3 days earlier and I got there 3 days later.. HE SENT IT GROUND UPS... SHOULD HAVE BEEN PRIORITY THEIR THIEVES STEAL YOUR MONEY

I've had quite a few packages go out of this location, via FedEx and UPS both - including some over $1k value packages.

The pickups are on time and the staff is always super helpful (because they're super-helpful to everyone, you may have to wait a little longer than other places).

I trust this team with my business, including some irreplaceable items. And they've always been good for it.
