I can’t find the words to express how thrilled I am with my new shutters and roman shades. They look absolutely wonderful and make me feel as if I have a new home. Working with the Just Blinds staff was a perfect example of professional and personal customer service at its best! Ashley was phenomenal. Her expertise and personal touch was exactly what I needed. From my visits to the showroom meeting with Ashley, Tina, and Ann, to the completed installation (by Sam and John) was an experience I’ll never forget. It was so easy to work with Just Blinds, Inc. They have friendly, professional personnel that were great to work with. The measurements for our entire home were accurate. Window coverings was one of the most daunting tasks i was faced with in our new build. I don’t trust myself or my husband on a ladder and we had to have privacy before we moved into our new build. Ben from just blinds came out and measured. The first installers came 2 weeks later. They were so nice and professional and Ben supervised the whole thing. The custom drapery took a little longer but was installed less than a week after we moved in and this all took place over Christmas and New Year holidays. I was really so impressed with the communication and care. We highly recommend Just Blinds.

Our experience was very positive. We have a 110 year old house with nearly 50 very large windows that needed treatments. Ashley did a great job of presenting products and measuring everything twice. We went with lots of plantation shutters and a number of honeycomb blinds. John and Sam did a wonderful job on the installation. Place looks great inside and out!
