The burgers were good. I should have add if they can add bacon or make it a double cheese burger. Also it's supermarket you go get food for food shopping.

Great selection. I especially appreciate the fresh, local and forced labor-free seafood. But many items (especially vegetarian fare) are clearly price gouged.

In aggregate, I’d estimate that my groceries here are about 30% more than somewhere like Whole Foods (excluding fish/seafood). That’s enough to turn me elsewhere most of the time.

It is very very good place for grocery items. It’s a bit pricey compared to other places around the neighborhood but most stuffs are fresh. They have plenty of assorted vegetables and fruits available.

UPDATE 3: I work in retail and know prices and margins, so don't even try to suggest I won't understand why "some" of your prices are higher than other multi-billion dollar businesses. I completely understand a 10 or even 20% difference, but I'm just not willing to pay 30-50% more on some items - mostly out of principle rather than money itself.
There's no reason why a pint of blueberries should cost $10-11 while you can get it from a deli around the corner for less than half of that (and they're not a multi-billion dollar business, by the way).

UPDATE 2: Minor Figures organic oat milk just went up from $3.99 to $5.99, that's a 50% raise. It's $4.29 in Whole Foods so I'll go back to that once again. I buy 2-3 of these a week.
I live 2 blocks from Jubilee and this is a shame, as I'd rather do my weekly food shopping around the corner, but the price discrepancies are so huge that I end up saving hundreds of dollars every month.
If you lower your margins, you'll sell a lot more and attract more new customers too. Overpricing is not a good or smart move.

UPDATE: Still way overpriced and no organic fruit at all.
(see $4 price difference for the same item between them and Whole Foods attached - for some items the discrepancy is even higher). I only go for things I need last minute but do the bulk of my weekly food shopping elsewhere.

Very clean, organized and pleasant environment. Friendly and helpful staff. Super convenient location.
Great selection and many items are fairly priced.
Taking one star off for items that are just disproportionately overpriced, such as: cassava tortilla $15 vs $8.99 elsewhere; organic kale $3.99 vs $2.79 elsewhere; organic cucumber $3ea vs $1.79 elsewhere; cashew yogurt $9 vs $6 elsewhere; Hu chocolate bar $8 vs $5-6 elsewhere, just to name a few.
I'll definitely keep shopping there but will keep buying overpriced items elsewhere as it definitely adds up.

Update: I won't email you to tell you how to improve. It's quite obvious - just make your prices more competitive because people pay attention and will shop elsewhere. Yesterday I only had to walk a block and a half to buy a HU chocolate for $5.49 instead of $7.99 from you.

Beautiful! Everything is organized to have a nice shopping experience. The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable. This is a great addition to the neighborhood. I like having coffee and pastries within reach.

20Grams is a cafe inside the marketplace. They have a good selection of Asian ramens to try for $5 - perfect for those who do not want to commit to buying a whole pack! Tried the Buldak Spicy Chicken with Cheese and the Jin Mild - both tasty and will be added to my shopping list! Also tried their $2.50 cheeseburger which is slightly bigger than the White Castle burgers. A must try!
