I have been a loyal customer of this store for many years, but after my most recent visit, I will never be returning. The customer service was absolutely awful, and the staff was incredibly rude from start to finish. When we arrived at the store, we were greeted by a woman yelling at us that strollers weren’t allowed. This could have been handled much better if we were informed earlier, especially since we were standing right in front of her in line for at least 15 minutes. While we were quickly taking the baby out of the stroller, she proceeded to let tons of people in front of us inside. It was obvious she didn’t care at all.

Once inside, the poor treatment continued. We were repeatedly yelled at and pressured by the staff to keep moving, barely giving us time to shop. At one point, I ran into a family member and stopped briefly to say hello, only to be immediately told to “take the reunion outside.” As if that wasn’t enough, I overheard one staff member snickering and laughing, saying, “That’s right, we’re nasty today.” The lack of professionalism was shocking.

To top it off, one employee announced they would help customers find sizes, only for another to loudly dismiss her by saying that "customer service is down the drain today." The whole atmosphere was hostile and unwelcoming. I understand that the store was busy due to a sale, but there was no excuse for the staff's behavior. A better approach and a clearer floor plan could have prevented such a terrible experience.

It’s unfortunate that a store I’ve supported for so long has lost a customer because of how poorly the staff behaved. I won’t be returning and would not recommend anyone else to either.

I regularly go into Jamaican me crazy just because I like the (extremely overpriced) clothing items and can’t say I’ve ever had a good experience because of the wicked owner. Always rude and yelling at children for literally just existing in the store. Today I went in and overheard a very loud conversation between the owner and the employees where they said “Mexicans are only good for building our houses and Asians are only good for doing our nails” I was honestly disgusted and left the store as I refuse to give my money to openly racist idiots. Genuinely sad because they have nice clothes but the workers are angry bitter humans.

Love shopping here. They have great stuff and great sales. The owner has personality. Love it! Fun place! Just go with the flow!

So rude. I was aggressively stopped at the door and the owner (?) yelled NO FOOD ALLOWED. I had some food in a container. Once I did enter the store, sans food, I was shadowed the entire time I browsed, as if I was going to shoplift.

I just left the store and I can’t say enough about how rude and nasty the people that work in the store are. I would never go in this store again and will be sure to tell everyone I know not to shop here.

The Employee Ari was very helpful and made my shopping trip very easy. Very helpful and kind. He was the only worker that was willing to help me which was disappointing. Owner was annoying and rude.

We walked in last weekend with well-behaved children and we were immediately followed around aggressively, asked if we needed anything multiple times after kindly saying no, told we were in the women’s department as if we didn’t have a woman with us, and we had two employees hawking over us the entire visit.

Every time we picked something up to either try on or look at closer, we had comments from both employees. There was one old lady that didn’t leave our side and a younger woman pretending to work right next to my kids. We found a handful of items, quite pricey I might add, we were going to purchase…but given the helicopter sales team and the cocky attitude of the older woman, we declined to support this establishment.

The owner/owners are extremely rude. Ive actually never witnessed a shop owner treat their customers so horribly and I have never once left a bad review on a business but I just couldn't let this slide. I was shopping here with my niece last week and I overheard one of the older lady's ask a group of girls that were on their phones if they were "shopping or texting" and if they were going to buy anything. She basically told them to leave. My niece and I looked at each other like "did we hear that right?" I mean, who does that Totally not okay and will never be stepping a foot in here again, neither should you!
