Good people. I recommend Mindy or Eric. I’ve dealt with them many times when I had my restaurant business. These people are genuine and honest. They won’t lead you wrong. They also beat other competitors pricing. I bought my ice machine here and had it delivered an hour away. It wasn’t too bad price wise.

Really bad service We arrived 22 minutes before closing, we barely asked a few questions and they literally kicked us out of the place in a bad way. They would have simply told us that they were going to close but they took us out by force. We were going to invest a lot in products for our new restaurant and that is not right, really. it was not necessary

Customer service at J&E is exceptional. It's obvious upon entering that the employees are approachable and happy to help you in your home or commercial kitchen endeavors. They are able to price match or beat advertised prices from almost all commercial retailers. If you need equipment and miscellaneous supplies J & E is the place to go!

If you are a chef this is your Disneyland. If you are in the restaurant business this is the place for you. My girlfriend owns a diner and needed new fryers. I told her to shop around but she would end up getting them from J & E. She was so pleased with the prices and they had them in stock. You can get everything here and you don't have to have a business it is open to the public.
