I picked my tile from here. I did floor to wall tile in my new master edition. I didn’t have a contractor and J & L was very good to get me a contractor who went above and beyond with my renovations that I hired him for more. His name is Jason and I would highly recommend him for your construction needs. J & L have the best prices around and are very friendly. They went above and beyond to help me on my project. I’m a forever customer!

Great selection and price. Can deny that.
I've had an improved experience with customer service since posting my initial review. The owners have been contacting me with regularity in regards to my order. I have been able to order over $2000 worth of tile, which i have been told should be here in a few days.

Edit after a few weeks: we've had a delay on our project and J and L carpet has been kind enough to hold onto our pallet while we catch up. Much appreciated.

I would not recommend this company. They put flooring in our home and would not respond when we called for them to complete the job. The lady that works at the store was pretty rude when I called to ask about a time they could come. She told us she didn’t have time for us, she was helping customers. We had already paid so I guess they were done. We ended up using another company to finish the job J&L didn’t complete. Along with more flooring in the rooms we had left to do. I wish we would have just used Tile Liquidators from the beginning.The fact that someone is getting online to argue with Customers should tell everyone something about this place. I called numerous times and the lady inside told me she would call me back. No,Call back. She told me twice- she was busy with customers. We were customers. I will say that the husband was extremely nice when he came out to measure our floors 🤷🏼‍♀️ I guess- Laura is the one we dealt with that was so unprofessional.

Would not recommend doing business with this company. We built a home almost a year ago and when we used J and L for our flooring. The quality of the materials was great. The issue that we had was we were told that they would be there to install our carpet on numerous occasions and they would not show up. Two days before our final inspection still no carpet. When I called Laura, the owner, told me that I still owed her money and that she wasn't going to install my carpet until she got paid. I told her that I would pay her as soon as she had someone there putting down the carpet. She then told me that she would have to call me back. Instead of calling me she called my wife and started arguing with her about the payment and said that she was "a good mind to leave us high and dry". They did get the carpet installed two hours before the final inspection. Very unprofessional and rude folks to deal with.

I purchased 1000 square foot of laminate flooring. The install was horrible from the beginning!!! They came out 2 times to repair. No better! Owner came out was red faced said it was a bad install. He promised to fix . Sent same installer Mike. No better!!! Sent a representative from flooring company. She said install could be better. She would not say a whole lot. Go figure!!! They want to continue to sale to them! So I still have the crappy floors!!! It was 4000 dollars and we have to kick our floors back together all the time!!!! The floor is pretty I don't think it is a flooring issue. It was a bad install!! Owners would not correct! I told I might have to see a lawyer. She said do what you have to and hung up on me! I figure it's not worth the money to fight but I would never recommend them!!!!!
