I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Baxamusa. He is extremely knowledgeable yet very approachable. He talked directly to my son during his visit and explained everything to both of us. I had hip surgery in October (2024) at Illinois Bone and Joint (Morton Grove location) done by Dr Raab. He was fabulous! His team was great and Tom was very helpful answering all my questions and getting the paperwork I needed for work quickly.
The day of the procedure I was scared and crying. Dr. Raab took the time to speak with me and put me at ease. Even the anesthesiologist took a few minutes to speak with me. It really helped to ease my mind. How often does that happen. A few days later I thought something was wrong, they saw me immediately and of course, everything was fine. I was just worried about nothing. I appreciated that they did not make me feel stupid or foolish.
The incision is small and I can move around with no difficulty or pain. It was a great experience and I am have scheduled my other hip with Dr. Raab!! I can’t wait. My mobility has increased exponentially with no issues after the procedure. My arthritis in that hip is gone!!
I am a nurse and highly recommend Dr Raab and his team. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!

The staff at IBJI are great at assisting in check-in process to the end of your visit with scheduling a follow-up or any necessary items you need to take care of after. The doctors at IBJI are experts at what they do. From a problem you think might not have a solution. At IBJI they know the issues and are quick to resolve and cure.

Dr. Gleason and the IBJI staff are absolutely the best. Never had a bad experience in scheduling and follow up care and the expert surgeries on my spine by Dr. Gleason have enabled me to continue to lead an active and great quality life style. He’s my hero.

I made appointment to see the doctor online at 7:30 pm Nov 27 . On 26, someone called me to let me know they want to reschedule much earlier in the day and I agreed to change my appointment to 2pm. I reached the doctors office lobby at ::145pm and I wasn’t seen until 3pm. I asked to speak to a manager named Alexander and expressed my concern about such a long wait time even after I accommodated their request to change my original scheduled appointment. She didn’t care and said it’s first come basis even though I had an appointment. Very poor customer service . They don’t honor their scheduled appointment time . Make you wait so long even after they change your appointment. Go somewhere else !
