Poor customer service. I literally just was in store for over 25mins. Of those 25mins I even sat at the counter for 10-15mins. Not once was I addressed or even acknowledged. Upon leaving no one even thought to stop me or ask had I been helped. I'm a small business owner and even had on my business polo shirt with the name visible and they were quicker to address regular customers that I'm pretty sure weren't gonna spend half the money I would have spent on a commercial project that I'm doing. I guess I wasn't the right color today 😕

Great people here. We enjoyed coming to this store because of their excellent products and awesome service. We started our family owned business with Ben Moore products. And still use them till this day. Ask for Terry, great guy!

Wonderful, professional and kind staff. There are a lot of great Benjamin Moore options here as well in comparison to other stores. We will return to this store in the future for more paint selections.

Bought one gallon and one quart of paint on Saturday. Cost $93.00. I guess I should have asked the cost before he mixed it and then rang me up. I asked him if the primer was in the paint he said that no it says it on the label but it’s a lie! So it’s ok to have false advertising. Used the paint today it had color all over the rim on the inside that wasn’t mixed! If you’re going to charge outrageous price at least act like you deserve it. Honestly after using this overpriced paint it’s absolutely no different then Lowe’s or Home Depot paint. Still had to apply 2 coats. Do not us them for paint.

Super nice staff that are very intelligent and able to help you with just about all your decorating needs. It can be a bit of a wait sometimes to get your paint mixed, but it is worth it. They also offer a free decorating service that is not to be missed.

Wanted some carpet for my new house, had been in here before looking at paint (and the helpful guy that time is why they got two stars) but this time I was completely ignored and I finally left after 20 minutes. I wasn't greeted or acknowledged at all when we walked in, such as a "we'll be right with you," or anything of the sort. Some employee came in after a few minutes with his lunch and proceeded to stand right out front eating and watching TV and being obnoxious yelling at the TV. Again, an acknowledgement or a I'll be right with you would have kept me there since they do have a wide selection and reasonable prices it seems. Get your act together.
