I brought my soon to be daughter in law to Hope's Bridal in search of her dress. She was pretty certain she'd already found it but was encouraged to keep looking. Susan took our last minute appointment and was SO gracious and kind to my girl! She encouraged her and gave her confidence to find the dress SHE loved. I so appreciated Susan's ability to see us above the sales part of things. I realize making the sale is important when that is your job but too often, in the hunt for a wedding dress, brides to be get pushed around. Susan was not that way. I am so grateful and will always recommend Hope's Bridal to other brides because of Susan's amazing care for us. They also have an amazing variety of lovely dresses! Thank you!!

No budget friendly options… and honestly not many options at all. My budget was less than $1000, which I thought was still high anyways. They had 4 dresses for me to try on that were within the range. All of them over $800.

The consultant also didn’t clip my dresses at all. Instead, she stood behind me and held the dress together. Made it hard to imagine what the dress would actually look like fitted and obscured the view from my friends.

Kind of an awkward experience overall. This shop and their staff came off stuffy and uppity.

I have lived in Chicago for 14 years and assumed I would find my wedding gown at a bridal boutique there. I went to Hope's when I was home over Christmas so my mom could see me try on wedding dresses. I fell in love with the first one I put on! Hope's has such a great selection of dresses at reasonable prices. My gown was unique, and something I would not have been able to find in Chicago. The lace was exquisite, like nothing I had seen before. Anna was so kind and wonderful to work with. She helped me find the perfect veil to match, in a shade that wasn't just basic ivory so it would match my dress perfectly. I highly recommend going to Hope's and I hear their new space is beautiful.

Hopes Bridal staff was amazing!!! Amanda was wonderful and was right there when I needed help! I highly recommend Hopes Bridal if you’re newly engaged trying find YOUR dress❤️ My dress fits like a glove and makes me feel so beautiful. I couldn’t of found a better place to go for my dress!

I couldn't recommend Hope's Bridal more!! The employees feel like family! I tried a dress on in April, and couldn't stop thinking about it. I called back last week and they let me know that dress was at their other location. Not only did they drive 3 hours roundtrip to pick the dress up for me, but they got me an appointment the very next day!

Carrie was an absolute dream to work with. She was so kind and responsive to my requests. I was so happy she was my consultant for my second visit! I never once felt pressured, she let me feel all the feelings each dress gave me and I am so thankful! Let's just say that was not the case at other shops in the area.

Thank you to everyone on the team at Hopes for the most amazing experience, I am in love with my dress and I credit that to your team and dedication to the Bride's experience.

Hope's Bridal went above & beyond to make sure I felt and looked incredible in my wedding dress! It turned out absolutely gorgeous!!! When the dress arrived, it didn't look like I imagined, and they did everything in their power to make it right. I can't thank them enough because it was perfect!!!

Hope’s Bridal is a MUST visit for bride-to-be looking. I’m from St. Louis and visited to take my grandmother shopping. I didn’t expect to find anything, but I was blown away. They have an amazing selection with high quality dresses for a better price. For example, a veil I found at Hope’s was 1/3 the price of the exact same one I found in STL. While I didn’t end up choosing a dress from here, I can’t say enough good things about this store. Especially Susan!!! She is the best consultant and I wish I could have her come down to get me dressed on my wedding day. She is so personable and amazing. Definitely recommend visiting Hope’s!!
