I absolutely love these guys. They are always friendly and incredibly helpful and responsive.
There is a great selection from lamps & lanterns to charcoal grill accessories. They have always been able to help or at least guide me in the right direction for any gas-related issues. I highly recommend going here before looking online. Prices are more than reasonable.

I haven’t even visited this store yet but I already appreciate their honesty. I called to find someone to come light the pilot light to my gas logs; I waited until the day before the predicted big snow of 2019. I was advised to wait until it could be properly serviced since I had not used the gas logs in years. I was told that they always clean the gas logs and do a safety check before lighting the logs. I was very appreciative of their concern for my safety and agreed to wait to have my gas logs cleaned, inspected, and then lit.

If you like how you’re treated at Chick-fil-A, then go to this store for all your outdoor needs. They are not like their competitors, they treat each person as though they could buy the store. I have been to plenty of places that make me feel “less than” and this is NOT one of those places. The location is prime, but the prices do not reflect “being in vestavia”. The men in there will bend over backwards for you, the owner even speaks to you like you’re an old friend. All the guys have been great but a special shout out to Marc and Mike for understanding my needs and answering each one of them!
Gas lights, gas fireplaces, outdoor furniture, golf carts, and of course pools this is the place for you!!

Alabama Gas Light and Grill has a knowledgeable staff and carries high quality grills and accessories. I bought our MHP gas grill there a few years ago and it's been extremely durable. Stainless steel burner has a lifetime warranty and I expect this grill to last a lifetime itself. They also carry a variety of charcoal grills and smoking accessories including a good selection of wood chunks for smoke flavoring. Support your local business and economy by buying from small businesses like this and get better products and support.

In 2003 I bought a MHP grill from Mr. Barnett. The grill is still going strong and the few parts Ive had to replace where covered by the life time warranty. Mr Barnett and his staff have provided great service over the years and I will definitely plan to buy my next grill there. The merchandise sold at the store (grills, outdoor furniture, gas logs and ceramic grills) are high end and made to last.Shop at Alabama Gaslight and Grill if you want quality along with great service.

Fantastic store. They specialize in all things gas - lights, gas logs, and grills. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable and they take care of everything. The goods they sell are top quality and most are warrantied for life

Expensive in my opinion. But most of their items are high-end brands. With an unlimited budget I could go wild here but their staff wasn’t very friendly at all & not any help.
