I called Hollywood Pools for some help with my pool last year. They were so kind and helpful and their solution over the phone worked and I didn’t need further help. Fast forward to this past winter and I wanted to hire a pool service and my first call was to Hollywood Pools. They opened my pool and have taken such awesome care of my pool all summer. My weekly service tech is Larry Bolding and he is the best! He even lets me text questions and provides the best service. My pool has never looked so good!

Great experience! Last year we had our pool liner replaced by Hollywood pool! It looks great and we love it. This year we had a problem with a green pool. We used a competitor to fix our water problem because they were closer to our house. For 2 weeks we did 2 rounds of green to clean to fix it. The 2nd one got the green out but we had a cloudy pool for a few days. Went back and they said maybe our sand needs to be changed. I called Marc about setting that up and he told me it’s probably not the sand at all. Gave us 2 things to try before we went that route. Something to clean the sand and a clarifier. We put it in before we went to bed and the next morning we had a clear pool and canceled the sand change. Marc saved us at least 500 dollars. Definitely worth the extra mile or so to go see Hollywood pools. They are very knowledgeable about anything with pools. Extremely satisfied customer.

We have had the same fireplace for years. When we decided to upgrade to a more efficient and better looking set, we were pleasantly surprised with the quality and affordable price. The installation was around 30 minutes and we have been enjoying the new fireplace every day. We would recommend Hollywood to anyone looking to upgrade or install a fireplace in their home. Alabama gaslight and grill once in Hoover then Homewood has found a home in Vestavia Hills at Hollywood pools.. I have a 22 yrs old Broilmaster natural gas grill. I have refurbished this grill over the yrs I buy parts online when I have to but Anderson and the staff at AGL&G have been to get most anything I need. Service after the sales has always been why I like AGL&G. 22 plus yrs and Hollywood Pools has done an excellent job at continuing the old AGL&G owners tradition

I started working with Hollywood Outdoor Living decades ago when they were on Highway 280. I have purchased Green Eggs, two-Hot tubs, out door furniture when they were across the street from their current location on 31, and they did service on my pool. I have not been back until recently to look at another Hot tub.

With how expensive things are now, I always do my on-line search and research prior to going to any vender. I always want to be an educated consumer. The best way I can put this is, Hollywood Outdoor Living has wonderful and quality brands. The sales team needs to improve. Nothing is more important then the client in front of you, NOTHING. Taking calls, not being as informed as you can be on products, and not asking qualifying question to fully determine a clients need are staples of selling especially high end products. Being nice is simply not good enough.

This is an easy fix for the company. Just someone had to share it in a way that supports the business and is constructive.

I delayed it for a long time, but it was past time to resurface our pool. I got several quotes, and I was so impressed with Jeff Phillips and his follow up that I chose to go with Hollywood Pools. I have been extremely impressed with their work on my project. I highly recommend them.
