Very poor customer service and the manager Shane is absolutely of no help. I got an email saying I’m eligible for upto 40% discount and when i turned up at the store and required help he was giggling away with his female colleagues. 6 customers waiting at the line to be checked out and only one cashier on the register. All others behind the counter what it seemed to be were discussing their party scene. When I asked about the discount I was disrespectfully told no we’re not offering any. I didn’t want to have a discussion on this anymore as I could clearly see that the manager Shane and his team were not interested in working.. everything’s put at the wrong place sweatshirts which clearly are $25 on discount were sold to me for $35 each. No accountability at all. Suggest Hollister in the new year starts afresh and gets a whole new team cause this one’s obviously not meeting customer expectations. Your location needs a new manager and a new team crying out loud

I don’t know why I have spent so much money at this store. Every time we go in there, we are ignored by the staff. Today we stood at the register and the girls stood talking with their backs to us. When we asked if we could get a dressing room, they still never spoke to us. Never even looked at us, they just grabbed the key and opened the room. They ignored everyone else as well. Hollister, maybe train your staff on customer service.

The smell is terrible.. Why don't they put air freshener in the place or perfume spray? The place smells like someone was very sweaty and passed by here.. The place is very expensive and the merchandise is bad, made in China and the material is poor, it's not worth a dollar, it's sold for 50 dollars, why? It's not worth it at all👎👎👎👎👎

BEST RETAIL EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!! I walked in looking for clothes for a vacation to south carolina this upcoming weekend and this very kind lady, Taylor, helped me with everything. I have a medical issue that causes me to swell so I range between sizes medium and extra large. Taylor went out of her way to great me and my husband at the door AND helped us look for my size as well as continuing a hour long conversation. She seemed to know a lot about how the store ran and where it was based out of. Amazing experience!

I would give zero. I came in and passed 5 employees none of them said a word to me one even gave me eye contact i smiled and got a blank stare back ok fine whatever so im looking through the very much unorganized jeans having a hsrd time finding the style i wantdd so i walked up to 2 employees who kept running in and out of the back and said excuse me and nether replied back. In stead started talking to each other and followed one another to thd back behind closed door. Ok fine do as i walked to s employees going through a cart of stuff to ask her for help, one of the security tags fell off a garment i had so i walked up and said excuse me she looked up at me didn't say anything so i told her the the tag fell off and handed it to her. She took it didnt say a word and rolled her eyes at me a d went back to the cart, so i didn't even ask for help instead i put the garment i had down and left. Also they have nats flying around everywhere in the jean section. In middle of February. None of other stores i went into had that problem. So i story full of employees packed i the back room gossiping and one on the floor who looks like shes ready to kill anyone that comes in the store. So sad I'll never go back in.
