If I could give negative stars I would. This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No phone number, they email you back if they want. I have been trying to return a dress I bought for my daughter for over a week. Since they claimed it was final sale they don’t want to take it back. Yet none of my receipts indicate that it was final sale. What a way to run a business.

I had the best experience that I’ve had in a brick and mortar store in YEARS here. The sales associates were so kind and attentive - big shout out to Ali who took such good care of me and was completely lovely about recommending new styles and sizes and so patient when I kept asking to try new things. Really such a pleasure to shop there and can’t wait to go back the next time I’m in New York.

I've been shopping at this store for about a year. I absolutely love Hill House Home's designs since they scream cottagecore and garden party, which fit my fashion tastes. The times that I have gone, the staff were very attentive and always encourage me to try on the clothes before I make a decision. My most recent visit didn't allow me to try on the Matilda dress in the Butterfly Trellis design. I thought I had a pretty general idea of their sizing, but when I tried on the dress at home, it was too small. When I returned to the store, the staff happily exchanged it for a larger size and advised me to try on in-store before making the exchange. I love knowing that this store is available since I can see the dresses in person than viewing online. I will definitely return, and will look forward to upcoming new designs!

I was very excited to visit the HHH location while on vacation (even wore my HHH skirt for the occasion), as I was wondering about the fit of certain dresses in their summer collection (and I’m a fan of HHH and have purchased multiple times online). My husband and I walked in on 8/5 and were barely acknowledged and then I roamed around the store looking at the different dresses. No one ever approached me to offer any assistance and honestly, I felt so awkward that I left without bothering to try anything. The sales attendants were more focused on hanging up dresses. I’ll give the Florida store a try next time I’m in the South Florida area, but I wouldn’t recommend someone to go out of their way to stop at the NYC location.

My order still has not arrived after several weeks. I have emailed Hill House Home several times, and received NO RESPONSE. Terrible customer service. I think my only recourse is to dispute the transaction with my credit card company since I’m getting nowhere by emailing the company. I’ve begged them to respond…not a word from them.

I visited this store on 12/23 after seeing the Rockettes with my five year old niece. We had an absolutely wonderful experience. One of the SA's Amanda was able to assist my niece, making her feel very grown up and special. She was able to create wonderful memories for all of us. My niece was able to try on a bunch of dresses Amanda had pulled especially for her, when she put one on she was excited to declare "this is my dress!". She then went on to choose a bow to accompany her new dress. I know the Sales Associates must have a lot going on in December leading up to the holiday, so I wanted to shout out what a lovely and special experience we had. Thank you!

Beautiful store and dresses! Sales associates are very inattentive - as I was the only person in the store and there were four of them sitting and talking. I love the dresses that I bought!! Would have loved to have some more help when trying on and with with sizing.
