I called Frigidaire for help replacing a part on my washing machine, they told me to call these guys in a completely different state. They were nice enough to patiently walk me through it, even though it was completely random and nearly closing time. I can’t really hire them but you should.

Right from the start they did everything they said they would do and when they would do it kept me updated on when tech(Glenn) would arrive and status on parts arrival, I literally had no faith my ice maker would ever work but when he was done shortly after the ice cubes started falling into the bucket!! Glenn was very professional explaining the process to replace the parts, I would recommend 5*. Thank you Heartland!!

Purchased adjustable bed for elderly mother. Purchasing experience was very pleasant and professional (Rob and Sue), as was installation experience. Scott and Mark were on time, personable, efficient and willingly adjusted bed height after first installation to satisfy my mother. Highly recommend.

Affordable appliances, I was able to shop online to find the ones I wanted at a good price, although the web app does not allow me to use my credit card, so I placed the order for financing and was advised that a rep would call me. The next day I went to the store and Rob pulled up my order numbers to complete the sale using my preferred payment method and arrange for delivery within 7 days. Mark and Scott delivered the appliances and hauled away the old ones efficiently and offered to come right back if things were not up to my standards. As it turns out, the freezer did have a loud noise. Glen came out within 2 days and first tried leveling the freezer on my uneven basement floor, that seemed to work but within an hour, the rattle was back. Due to a fortunate last minute opening in his schedule, he was able to come back the same day and open the back to discover a component was barely touching the compressor causing the random noise. Glen moved the component way from the compressor and resolved the noise. I've purchased all my appliances from Heartland and support to this local business not only supports my community, it is also very convenient to get in touch with a really person who is also a friendly neighbor. George is lucky to have Heartland as a resource.

We had them come to look at our GE dishwasher that we purchased elsewhere that didn't work out of box. Sean did an excellent job. He found the problem and resolved it with no difficulties. He was extremely easy to work with! We would recommend their service department any day of the week. We may even check them out next time we are in the market for an appliance after this experience. Scott and Shane delivered our new washer and talk about helpful! They even got on the floor to mop umderwhere the washer sat afywr we swept ot so my 87 year old MIL didn't have to! Amazing service from start to finish! I would recommend Heartland Appliance to everyone!

The most expensive hardware store you will ever step foot in I can promise you that. For some reason every single item in the store is almost double what it cost in any other hardware store. They say it's because we're in a small town but I don't understand why a retail price in a small town is higher than the same store in a bigger town.
