I had been looking for some dining room chairs to match my dining room table that were also comfortable. I talked to the sales rep, Tori, and she showed me several chairs that she thought might go with my dining room set. I did find one that I liked and she even called over the interior decorator to assist to make sure that what I picked out was going to go well with the table. I bought one of the chairs and took it home just to be sure it was going to work. It worked perfect for me and I ordered six chairs. We set up a delivery date and the transaction of purchasing the chairs might well. They also had a Furniture protection plan which covers anything that would go wrong with the chairs for 5 years. I highly recommend havertys.

5 stars! We came into the store and were kindly greeted by Karen, we let her know we were just browsing. She circled back with us and educated us on the furniture, the options to customize pieces etc. She also shared with us the quality and showed us different options helping us land at what we were looking for.
Amanda - highly talented at design and furniture placement gave us some ideas. She helped us to make sure the furniture is the right scale for the size of the room.

We came back the next day Ted stepped in and helped us pull it all together. Giving us additional information and showing us some other pieces that otherwise would have been overlooked.

We recently moved back to Huntsville and decided to look for new furniture. I’ve never been to Haverty’s before and thought I’d just “look”. Well Mr. Greg Henderson met us at the door. He is the most genuine, warm and knowledgeable person! I felt very comfortable with him and he made it so easy to “shop”! He made suggestions and explained the buying process taking the stress out of purchasing. He went out of his way to make sure our furniture was delivered when we needed it too! I will only buy from Haverty’s now! My experience was excellent and the service was exceptional!

I was able to make my purchase over the phone without a glitch and also accommodations for delivery . The manager made a special effort to make sure everything went smoothly. We ordered a custom made $3,000 sectional and were told that usual delivery would take about 5-6 weeks. It took 11 weeks and when it was delivered the pieces didn’t fit together correctly. Customer service came out and we were told that it’s not uncommon for that vendor to produce flawed items and it was deemed acceptable by Haverty’s. If you’re searching for quality furniture, you should probably look elsewhere. Update: I received a phone call from the store manager Chris, who was very understanding and offered me several options to remedy my issue. That made me feel like a valued customer.

Overall good experience. Sales personnel were patient and informative. Delivery crew arrived on time and had Bedroom furniture and bed setup within an hour. One minor glitch, a missing piece for the bed, was quickly resolved with store manager. We are returning customers and would recommend Haverty’s to family and friends for quality furniture.
