Just purchased a complete bedroom suite and living room suite from store manager James Shultz . James was very helpful and very professional and knowledgeable on all the furniture inside the store . Very clean furniture store. Greeted by Cedric, my own personal entertainer, who was super friendly, had great knowledge of his selections, showed me what I thought I wanted was not the right fit for me at all and set me up with the perfect set. Y'all, if you ever shop at Hanks Fine Furniture, ask for him. He was super. Other staff members were also friendly and helpful. Prices were comparable to other stores maybe better because of no tax weekend. Loved my experience of shopping at Hanks! Now, to receive my furniture!! Thanks Cedric!

We had a wonderful experience buying a sofa and recliner today. Both were on sale for a great price. The salesman, Gregory, was very knowledgeable and wasn't pushy. He was fun to talk with. Thank you!

Our initial opinion of our experience was going to be positive, Gregory Lane our salesman was very helpful. We purchased the Cruise Leather sofa, very expensive top of the line piece of furniture. But when we had it delivered, it was hard as a brick, not the comfy sofa from the store. I called and our salesman no longer works there, so we spoke to another employee who put the manager on the phone. After trying the sofa for 5 days the manager said that maybe over time it would soften up, basically he said tough luck. What happened to backing up what you sell. It was not the same as the sofa in the store. I wasn’t trying to get my money back, just maybe trade for a softer sofa or trade it for a different one. They have my money and now the manager at Hanks Fine Furniture made it very clear he does not care about me as a customer. So buyer beware, they definitely do not care about Customer satisfaction and I will never purchase anything from them again and will make sure to tell all my friends and family the same.

Hanks Fine Furniture has the most amazing salesman who is completely knowledgeable in every way to help you! Especially on selections for a recliner! Cedric Johnson took so much time helping my mom choose the best “wellness chair” !

The sales rep at Hanks was phenomenal. His name was Gregory Lee. Gregory initially helped us pick out a sofa in the first week of November when we were shopping around. We made up our mind to go ahead and buy after looking at several stores. Gregory left an impression on us that caused us to come back to Hanks last night to buy from him. Thanks Gregory for making our shopping experience a smooth and joyous process. We are anticipating the delivery of the sofa on Saturday.
