If you're looking for unique finds look no further, but if you're petite keep looking. I couldn't help but feel like the clothing was meant for very tall slender women. Despite the help of the lovely women who work there I came away empty handed. Great customer service, great clothes, definitely drop if you're in the mood for treasure hunting.

I used to drive an hour just to go here, but other boutiques have caught up with what for years was a unique, high end selection. And the sales people seem pretty tired of helping tourists. My past two visits, they have seemed a bit snotty.

Myself and seven other ladies made a girls day trip to Fredericksburg from Austin to enjoy a day of shopping. Haberdashery was our first stop and almost ruined our entire day. We are all hard working professional HISPANIC woman with Executive positions in reputable companies. We were literally followed around the store and treated like some teenage hooligans. We truly felt uncomfortable and racially profiled. We WILL be sure to tell everyone we know that this is NOT a pleasant or welcoming place to shop.

Excellent customer service should start with a smile, RESPECT and a welcoming environment to create loyal and returning customers no matter what race, skin color or nationality!

This is my favorite shop in Fredericksburg. I foolishly didn't purchase a wallet that I saw there, and a couple days later called and asked if they'd send it to me.
