. I highly recommend Griffin Jewelers! They truly know their jewelry. My wife brought in her wedding ring for its annual inspection, and they identified major flaws in the "carriage." Even though she had purchased it less than a year ago from a reputable jewelry store in Augusta, Georgia, Griffin Jewelers recommended that she return it there for resolution. I handled the return and informed the original store about Griffin’s findings. They examined the ring with a high-powered microscope and confirmed minor issues, offering to fix them at no charge. I inquired about repair costs without warranty, and they estimated $75. This led me to question Griffin's credibility. However, three days later, the store manager called to say they found significant issues upon final inspection, necessitating a return to the factory. Both stores deserve recognition, but Griffin Jewelers stood out for their honesty and expertise. We'll certainly choose them for future jewelry needs and highly recommend them to friends and family.

I had the best experience working with the staff at Griffins Jewelers (Stephanie & Caitlyn). They were so knowledgeable and showed so much respect and excitement for my husband and I.

Griffins is by far the very best! My fiancé got my engagement ring there and they went above and beyond for him to help him find the perfect one (which is stunning!) We then went and picked out our wedding bands together and the customer service for both of us was top notch.
They both turned out perfect! We will never use any other jeweler and will always recommend them!

Every time I have frequented this business over the years, I’ve been immediately approached by a sales associate who is able and ready to assist me.
