i love going in and looking around and grabbing a couple items that speak to me ☺️ as a plushie and toy collector, i love getting to spend time looking at things in person and up close — they have a huge selection and variety!! especially getting to check out the in person size and quality of jelly cats before deciding to buy! I’ve included a few pictures from my most recent visit 😌

side note—it’s sad seeing so many reviews comparing this small business to mega corps like amazon, walmart, costco, etc. if you wanted to save money, just shop there, but don’t give a local business one star reviews for it 😒

This store brings me so much joy, as an adult!! So many nostalgic items and good gifts for those in your life that are still young in the heart. Of course, best local place to stock up on your Jellycat addiction! The staff is always so kind and you can tell they enjoy their job

Went in to find a jellycat for my daughters birthday and the two woman working gossiped at the counter the entire time I was in your store. I was the only person in there and they never once asked if I needed help or help finding what I was looking for. I will never be back. Tried to support local small business but I can just order online

I had a recent experience at this location that ruined the rest of my night. I walked in and was just looking around and could immediately tell I was getting watched closer than anyone else because of my age because there were other younger kids doing much worse than me. I found a toy that I thought would be funny if I took a video because it’s a cool toy and I wanted to show my friends but then without given any warning that videoing was against store policy or that I was doing anything wrong one of the employees kicked us out, yelled at us repeatedly and even went as far as calling security on us. To top it off security was following me around for the rest of the night and kicked me off of the playground when I was just trying to sit down somewhere and look at my phone but they made me sit at a bench. Could have been a better few hours.
