We purchased a new Oven from grand Appliance. It was an extremely pleasant experience. Starting with the very kind and helpful Salesperson that helped us order the oven, to the very efficient delivery Men who were excellent at communication, so friendly and careful. Everything went smoothly and was the most pleasant experience! Also, the two men who came and installed the oven were very professional efficient, and very kind. They left my house impeccable. I can’t thank you enough for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely buy all of our future appliances at Grand Appliance and TV.

Great experience. They were very knowledgeable on the products. I highly recommend them. Price was very good. The delivery gentleman were great. They were very courteous friendly and wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with the installation. I’d give them a 10+ on a rating of one to 10 scale or they’re on a five scale so I’d give them a 5++

Our salesman Tim was awesome! Very thorough with details of the frig that we picked out. We did everything over the phone. Our old frig had given up and completely quit. With that information Tim and staff got our order moving quickly so we will have a new frig within days instead of weeks! Delivery was cheap by my standards. We had checked around at several small appliance stores as well as big box. Grand was the only one that could actually get the product quickly. Overall we are very happy!

Grand Appliance and TV had a large selection of refrigerator/freezers in stock and on the display floor. They were able to deliver in less than a week and the delivery crew was exceptional. Quickly removed the existing refrigerator, installed the new one and completely cleaned up the area. They also went through all the features/settings/adjustments which was much easier to understand than the written instruction in the manual. I will definitely shop at Grand Appliance again.

Bought a dishwasher from here. I am now on week 2 of going back and forth to get a replacement. They sent a tech who said it would be "35 business days" till a part came in. They are on day 2 of trying to request a swap. At this point I'm a few days out from bringing it and leaving it in their sales room.

Pass on this place. Go to Menards. They are way better.

Edit: Dropped the unit back to the sales floor. Initially tried to refuse the refund. Eventually got a refund. Bought the exact same one at HD for 200 less.

We expected to get our new oven Dec 27. To our delight, Grand had our oven in our house on Dec 24. The two delivery gentlemen were conscencious, thorough, kind and clean!! And they gave me a chance to clean under the original oven too! BTW, Grand was recommended to me by people I have worked with and Gosh! I'm glad we got our oven here. The service was great! Now.... if Grand could help us get a longer lasting appliances (common in today's culture)- that would be a 10 out of 5 stars!!! Anyway, we appreciate your help with this! Oh yes and check out their wall mounted latte/coffee/espresso-maker. It is pretty cool! Parker

Nathan and Ashley were great to do business with. They got the washer from the warehouse and had it ready for me to pick up less than 24 hours after I called about it. I asked that it be left in the box so I can move it without damaging it. The box looked in good shape but it has a dent. The washer works fine and I can live with the dent.

Grand Appliance has a large selection of all different brands and price range to choose from. Their staff (Tim) are very helpful and knowledgeable in all the products they sell. I would definitely recommend giving them a look.
