I am from Oklahoma, my husband wanted a very specific house shoe of all things for Christmas and I could not find them-ANYWHERE! Upon searching online I found this darling shop that said “in stock” so I quickly added to cart and checked out. I received updates and shipping notifications, and the product arrived quickly with the nicest hand written note about how their family also loves these shoes. I am sad I live so far away but with their attention to detail and customer service I will be ordering from this company again. And if I am ever in the area, I will be stopping by! If they treat shipments with such care and attention to detail I cannot imagine the service you will receive upon walking into their store!

The only reason I gave a star is because a half a star wasn't available. The staff was very uppity and didn't want to help me at all. I asked if they had some boot cut jeans and the first time I came to your store they said if they didn't have my size or length they could order them from me. The second time they told me that they couldn't help me. That was the worst treatment I have ever received. They just walked away from me. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone and to be perfectly honest, my money is good anywhere. What a shame that your people could treat anyone that way.

I recently experienced the passing of a close friend. I do not wear suits often so I needed a suit and everything that goes along with it in a matter of a day and a half. I stopped down and spoke with Ben, he measured me on the spot and had it ready for me that same day by 3 o'clock. Not only did they have everything I needed in stock, but the service and understanding was second to none. I would highly recommend them for any clothing needs .

Best clothing store in Dubuque. Stylish, cool, high-quality clothes. Sporty, casual, dressy - they have it all. They also give you awesome customer service with helpful shopping advice, gift wrapping, and expert info on everything they sell. I don't enjoy shopping but I like going into Graham's.
