I'm never in my life been in a store that was as nasty as Goodwill. In Semmes it's like the employees don't even care I really think they need to fire all of them. And rehire all new people at least if they hire new people they might would care how they work and how there store looks. Grown adults are to be a shame.

Rude girls working there! This morning, April 2, 2023, I came to Semmes to look for side tables and t-shirts. There's was an old trunk, for $80, I was intending to buy. The store changed the inside. I walked into a "work area". The girl (because she wasn't a lady)there told me it was their work area. I thanked her and as I walked away, they made sarcastic comments of my politeness. I probably would have spent close to$150-$200 today. Won't be back for a while.

I arrived Friday around 5:30 pm. I wanted to check something in the glass and an associate was kind enough pull them out of the case so I could go through them. He also stood by while i looked at the merchandise and answered my questions. I asked them to set the item I selected aside until I checked out and they did that readily. I looked around and found a couple of things. I went to the check out line to check out and had to wait in a line because they would not open a second register. While I was able to find a few items there was not a huge selection beyond clothes and that is why I rated this store 3 stars

Goodwill store overall have really exceeded my previous opinion and like for them recently. They were there when we needed a wheelchair for a friend of mine doubly so. They went above and beyond their duties to help and were very courteous while doing so! Thank you Goodwill!!! If you are ever in need of anything and they can't help they can usually steer you in a helpful direction. Give them a call if you do!

Me and my granddaughter went last weekend and this weekend and found lots of good toys for her and my other granddaughter I clean them up really good and give them to them they play for days and I found a really nice cabinet these are just a few of the toys

This is a 50/50 location but I bought a toddler bed and my husband was picking it up on his way home and they sold it again before he arrived refused a refund and gave me store credit for the same amount

Just moved here from Ga and was very disappointed at this Goodwill's prices. They used to be about helping the community and making certain products obtainable for those less fortunate. Their mark ups on things donated out of people's good intentions is embarrassing. I won't shop there and I won't support them. This store represents the true greed that has taken over this company. Very sad.

Cloths & glass are orderly & staff is friendly. All other items are disorganized and jumbled. WAY over priced furniture even for broken items. Musty dirty smells through part of the store.
