After my first visit to this facility I said I’d never go anywhere else for an oil change and I meant it. They are so quick, I’ve never waited more than an hour for my vehicle. I also appreciate the fact that they have a whole room for kids to play in. I have a 3 year old and it’s so hard to keep him entertained in normal waiting rooms, the toys make it a much more pleasant wait. The gentleman at the desk is always nice and professional as well. I definitely recommend this place over any in Ozark for an oil change.

I took my Acadia in due to a recurring issue I've had with the thermostat. While it did unfortunately require replacing, the team was quick to explain the issue and luckily had the parts in stock needed for the job. I assumed I would be there for 4+ hours, but I was out of there in less than 2. I will definitely be coming back for all of my service needs!

Bought a truck took it in with problems. Their mechanics said after market exhaust.Took it in multiple times paid all service was told need. Warranty is up needs motor. Thanks top quality mechanic wouldn't let you work on a bicycle. Never left a review in my life wouldn't ever go back.

My experience with Gilland was nothing less than superb! I had been looking to upgrade from a Silverado 1500 to a 2500 heavy duty. Upon my first arrival to the lot, I was introduced to Mr. Hakim Jarboh, who showed me all the models available on the lot at the time. Unable to find one that suited my needs, Mr. Jarboh told me he would keep me updated when a model that met my criteria arrived. Weeks passed and true to his word, Hakim reached out to let me know that a truck had arrived I may want to take a look at. Long story short, he didn’t forget about me and now I’m the happy owner of a 2500. I highly recommend Gilland and moreover, ask for Hakim. You will not be disappointed.

Service was great! Lee was very nice and personable BUT it appears the finance people aren't the sharpest... Come in pre-approved or don't expect to get anything. Both stars are for the good customer service NOT the dealership itself.
