I am so pleased that I went with Gerhards in Dubuque when remodeling my kitchen. I worked with Vanessa B that helped me with my selection of sink and faucet. Upon open the package with the sink, I found hidden damage. I e-mailed Vanessa photos and she immediately went to work for me. I was on a tight timeframe and was having granite countertops installed and Vanessa went above and beyond getting a new sink delivered to my home the day before the granite was installed. I am so pleased with the service from a great company with fabulous employees.

Some people are made to build homes or remodel homes, I am not one of those people. However working with Angela Arensdorf at Gerhard I didn't have to worry I knew I was in good hands. I had many questions and was very undecided. Angie was patient, gave great feedback and even helped me in areas that I had nothing to do with fixtures, such as paint, which way my island should go. She helped me look at the whole picture and I couldn't be happier with my excellent service. Angie was quick to respond and very attentive to my needs. Very pleased.

We did business with Tricia at Gerhard’s Dubuque Store for an extensive bathroom remodel. We were overwhelmed with the choices available! And we weren’t sure what would serve our needs best. Tricia spent a lot of time with my husband and me, putting a “package” together that would work well in our new space. She made a huge task much easier for us, and was patient with us as we tried to make feasible choices. Our bath is not complete yet, but we are confident we have quality fixtures. I would recommend her, especially if you’re not sure what would serve you best. She educated us. You don’t get that at a big box store!

I went to Gerhards to get assistance with a new faucet and sink for my kitchen. I met Anna and she certainly knew her products! I ended up with exactly what I was looking for. While I was there, I figured I might as well get a bathroom faucet also. Yep they had that as well, and to fit my existing sink also. Perfect experience in every way, thanks Anna and Gerhards! 5 stars!!

I met Angie Arnsdorf three years ago during a remodel project. She was a joy to work with and as busy as she was - I always felt like her only client. Her professionalism and knowledge base was very impressive. Most importantly - if she said she was going to do something SHE DID IT! A simple phone call at the end of the day to let me know the status of items on order...even if an item is delayed it’s better to have the information. That attention to detail and work ethic is rare these days.
Fast forward three years, I have a plumbing issue...it’s was Angie Arnsdorf to the rescue! She said, “I’ve got this - let me work on it and I will call you back”. AND SHE DID.
