He was able to locate hard to find breakers, while other the other company, I hired started the job and then walked away and Never returned my 6 calls even though they said the electrician would call me back each of the 6 days of waiting. Frank was able to completely overhaul my breaker panel, replace several outlets, wire an induction stove, and clean up within several hours in an afternoon!!
