El sueño de toda mujer que le gusta comprar ropa, carteras, biju y souvenirs a buen precio. Los locales de esta cadena son enormes con una gran cantidad de percheros y un sector de clearence o liquidación imperdible. Para los hombres también hay ropa pero poca variedad y cantidad en comparación al sector femenino.

Great place when you want to piece a cute fit together plus a wide variety of accessories! They offer SHEIN returns if you have already initiated your own refund with SHEIN. Their customer service is decent, but they really under staffed! You definitely don’t get any friendly greetings or assistance while browsing.

Do not do order pick up from here! The first time they “fulfilled” my order but it wasn’t even what I order. Come to find out what I ordered was out of stock so I guess they gave me anything. This second time, I placed a pick up order online before the store even opened. Now here it is 5pm and my order has not been fulfilled because supposedly if I place the order early in the day it won’t be pulled until after 12. Huh? They WAIT forever to fulfill orders by the time they finally decide to pull the order, some else has already bought your items that you already paid for

I am editing my review because Forever 21 has since moved back to its original spot in the mall. They did have to make it smaller due to Dave and Buster’s being there, but they did have a plus section at one point. As of yesterday, I was led to ONE rack that had plus size clothes. That was it. One single rack. I will not be supporting this company’s business any longer. Even if they are willing to take my money with their extended sizes online, the fact that they are pushing plus sized people like me out of their stores says a lot.

This place has the worst customer service and it took me 39 minutes in counting to check out, the cashirers were so slow and it was so hot in this store plus they have no wifi. I am not. A happy customer but the dress was cute

Very unorganized and hot in the store. They did manage to get my SHEIN return done, just took about an hour to complete it. Clothes from F 21 are pretty low quality and don’t expect to get more than a few wears out of them! For the money you can find so much better clothing!

This store has the most incompetent slow workers I've ever seen, and I almost got charged an extra $21 just to switch sizes. It took them 20 minutes just to ring up five people... they had FOUR workers at the desk. One of them instead of taking the next customer twiddled her thumbs, then proceeded to pick her dandruff and check to see what it looks like after.... flicked it off and then went back to doing nothing. She didn't even try to make it look like she was on the computer or something. She literally just sat there and did nothing. It was super gross.
