I had a bracelet that had broken in half and a necklace that had broken as well. They repaired it in less than a week, and the price was affordable. I definitely will be back. I bought a polished aluminum sader plate. Bye will never tarnish and a Christmas plate. There's so many things to buy there, including dinnerware and crystal! I will definitely be frequenting this place for jewelry also! Also, very excited at all the serving platters that they have there. They are very beautiful!

The jewelers here are absolutely amazing. The setting was completely ripped off of my engagement ring and I was very doubtful that it was fixable. They worked their magic and it looks like it's brand new.

The staff are absolutely delightful to work with. I recently asked for assistance with sizing a watch, even though I did not purchase the watch from them, and the staff still treated me with the utmost care and professionalism! While getting my watched sized I looked around the store and the jewelry and other items were absolutely gorgeous! Highly recommend!

I was looking to have my rings sized and/or sizing beads put in. Not only were they an extremely fair price in comparison to other jewelers but they were very helpful in determining what would be best for my finger and setting. It was done in a timely manner and when I picked it up it was shining, beautiful, and fit perfect! They are all so friendly there, too. Definitely have me as a future customer.

I had the best experience here! I had been shopping for an engagement ring for sometime and hadn't found the right one, or one that I could afford. Alice, and the staff at Ford, Gittings and Kane were so helpful with this process. Alice helped me look for, and find the right ring for a very reasonable price. She helped me outside of the store hours, sending me different options and prices. In the end, she helped me customize the perfect ring for my now wife. I felt very cared for, and I felt apart of their family. My wife and I came back to them for our wedding bands and had the same great experience. We would absolutely recommend using Ford, Gittings and Kane Jewelers for any jewelry needs!

Ford, Gittings & Kane Jewelers is operated the way a business is supposed to be run. I bought my wife's engagement ring/wedding band combo here, and they were extremely helpful from start to finish. I will NOT shop anywhere else. From top to bottom, they provide the best customer service! If you are looking for a privately-owned jewelry store, that provides excellent quality, while making you "feel at home", then this is the store for you!
