I decided to order my niece's flowers for Valentine's Day. I placed an order online on Feb. 4th. This morning, Feb. 10th, I received a call from an extremely rude individual (who would not provide their name) explaining that although the web-site gave the option for flower delivery between 8:00-Noon, that they could not deliver them during those hours. I explained that my niece's were having an event between 8-1pm and stated that the flowers would need to arrive on Friday between those hours. Their rep kept asking if I wanted them to deliver the flowers on Thurs, or after 2:00 pm, or to a different address where the recipient would be after 2:00pm on Friday. I again explained the alternative options would not work. I stressed the details and advised I placed my order 10 days before the delivery date. She stated they just found the order today, and refused to try and accommodate. After asking if I need to contact a different florist, she stated I already placed my order with them and said they would have someone contact me in 7-10 days about a refund. Of course, this is unacceptable. She and another rep started yelling and talking over me. I explained I would let her finish and then I would speak, that talking over the customer is extremely unprofessional. She continued to talk over and yell at me over the phone. I asked that she have the owner contact me today, because I wanted a refund immediately, not for someone to contact me in 7-10 days. She refused and was extremely unprofessional; ultimately I disconnected the call. I still have not received a call back nor a refund. I will continue to pursue a refund until my card is credited for the purchase, and will NEVER use this florist again. Buyer beware!!

Received these flowers today and was disappointed to see that most of the flowers looked like they’d been crumbled and stomped on. I’ve seen better quality flowers at Walmart.

It turns out they messed up the card and didn’t put who it was from on it (later learned who sent them and he was just as surprised). When I called to get the name that should’ve been on the card they decided it would be funny to give me false information about who the flowers were from. Unprofessional and incompetent. Do NOT give this place your money.
