We had two projects completed with Floor Coverings International and both were completed timely and beyond expectations. We had a complete bathroom remodel and then a few months later removed old carpet and refinished hardwood floors and installed new carpet in bedrooms. Alfred has been in our house twice : he did the bathroom remodel and installed the carpet. He is simply outstanding and pleasure to work with. Jose and his crew completed the hardwood floor refinishing and it was just awesome! Bonnie and Kim were great to work with and we will be in touch on our next project. Thank you all!

The house we bought has needed a lot of work over the last several months. We have had several contractors working on and in our house recently. Not one was as professional, clean or as organized and efficient as FCI’s crew. They communicated better than any contractor we have had to date, they worked well together, and cleaned up everything prior to departing. Each day they ensured we knew they were leaving and what time we could expect them back the next work day. As a Type-A couple, we loved the organization, the communication and the attention to detail.

The best part is the floors look great!! Thanks Bonnie, Payton and the crew for doing such a GREAT job on our old home. We really appreciate it.

From my first call to make an appointment to my consultation with Bonnie all the way through installation with Victor and crew and the inspection with Payton every interaction was top notch! Everyone was on time for their part of the process. Victor and crew even completed the installation ahead of the estimated completion time. They were polite and hardworking. Bonnie was wonderful to work with on remodeling our basement. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and easy to work with. Kim (manager) was communicative and kept us up to date with our order. Bonnie and team helped me with replacing a kitchen floor, carpeting three bedrooms, and updating two bathrooms one of which had a built-in shower with lots of intricate tiling requirements. Bonnie worked very hard to ensure that my demanding schedule was met even when I was unable to be present for a lot of the work. The team was very professional and I am incredibly happy with how things turned out. And I learned a lot along the way!
