I bought a Fendi watch from Nordstrom that didn’t run, so I assume it had a dead battery. I called Fendi customer service and was instructed to go to the boutique. I went to the boutique, and they recommended that I just pay for a watch repair shop to do it out of pocket myself instead of waiting for it to be shipped, which may take 8 weeks. While they were polite, I didn’t feel like I was helped when the product I just received should have been working. Expected to have consistent information so the customer service could have just told me to do that or someone should have been able to fix it in store or helped me send it off. Hope fixing it myself won’t void the warranty.

I recently visited the newly opened Fendi store, and the experience was far from what I expected. The salesperson's behavior was quite disappointing. While trying on two different rings and trying to make a decision, one of the rings was taken from me abruptly!! without asking me if I need it or want to try it on again. Questions were met with short, unhelpful responses. To make matters worse, I had to wait for over 10 minutes just to complete my purchase. Despite the store's good collection, I can't recommend it due to the poor customer service I encountered.
The only reason I made purchases, I had to buy the ring that night because I was running out of time.

Exceptional service and a beautiful selection of (handmade in Italy to this day!) products make this Fendi store a standout destination at Valley Fair. The knowledgeable and friendly staff create a truly fun and curated shopping experience! A must-visit for those seeking luxury with a touch of personality. Happy one is finally in San Jose for my Fendi Fix (FF haha).

Kicked us out of the store and stated that they do not allow service dogs that cannot be carried in. He was not bothering anyone and followed right by my side. Louis Vutton, Chanel, and many other stores were respectful and friendly. A fendi employee suggested my mom strap a chain around a phone case if she didn’t like their selection. Go anywhere else. There’s a reason it’s always empty in there.

I recently visited this Fendi store and was quite disappointed.
While the store itself is chic and neat, similar to other Fendi locations, the customer service was awful!!!
If you want a pleasant shopping experience, I recommend visiting a different Fendi store in the area.
The salesperson was rude and showed no desire to help me and my wife to find what we were looking for.
Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and not recommended.

My wife initially didn't want to go here because of the low rating but I convinced her to anyway. We understand why it's rated so low now. I've been to many Fendi stores around the world with my wife and this was the worst experience out of all of them. The sales person was completely disinterested in helping us. Upon asking about the different colors of the peekaboo bag they had they just responded that "about 60% of our colors are out here and there are more in the back" without giving the option to see the other colors. It felt like the only reason she followed us around the store was to make sure we didn't steal.

Look elsewhere for your Fendi needs. The sales representative was extremely rude and inattentive.
Compared to other Fendi stores, this one is always empty, which answers the question why. The customer service is the worst.

We had a very nice experience at the Fendi Store in Valley Fair. Emory, our sale representative was awesome. Showed us some great selections. Made the visit fun and stress free.
