10/10 service without a doubt. The ladies at the Florence location were extremely helpful and got me exactly what I needed/was looking for. The store was very organized and clean. I went in as soon as they opened and had my sectional by mid-day. The guy who delivered the sectional was very professional and used extreme caution to ensure no issues carrying the furniture in the house.

My husband and I recently bought a house and was looking to upgrade a good bit of our furniture. We went in and the sales associate Kim did AMAZING at assisting us with finding the upgrades we were looking for! We ended up with amazing additions to our new home that fit our esthetic. Delivery was a breeze and the group of men who delivered our entire shipment handle our product with care as was extremely respectful of our home and working around our animals. We found the exact lift chair that we needed for my husband and they were very prompt in delivering it and he is enjoying it tremendously and the staff at Florence was very helpful and the delivery driver help me rearrange furniture so we could fit the lift chair in the living room.
