I had a fantastic experience at this furniture store! From the moment I walked in, the sales associate Rashad was incredibly kind and patient. I explored the store extensively, choosing a full house of furniture, then completely changing my mind and selecting a different set. Rashad patiently itemized all my choices so I could see the costs clearly.
When I had questions about financing, he introduced me to the manager Torrey, who went above and beyond. Unlike two other stores I visited, Torrey devised a way for me to hold my furniture until my closing date, allowing me to either finance or pay in cash.
When the closing date arrived, Torrey was at another location, but he ensured I was taken care of. He coordinated with another manager to make sure everything was in order, staying on the phone with me throughout the process to confirm that my order was perfect. I truly appreciate the exceptional service and support I received. Highly recommend this store!

A month in a half from today I attempted to turn on my ps5 that I had purchased from farmer home furniture it would not turn on I contacted them and the store manager Tori told me to bring it in so it could be sent off to be inspected I did not here anything until I call today & he was not man. Enough to tell us himself, preston said that the ps5 was infested with bugs And they would not touch it and he said because of that the warranty was no longer valid I don’t believe he sent it anywhere because if he did we should have heard something before now he thinks he is slick and has a bad attitude and if he thinks you are mad or upset with him for him pulling something he makes sure to avoid you as much as possible please do something about him because it is wrong to sell a product With a warranty and not honor it And because of him, I have to try to come up with another PlayStation five for my son who is a longtime Playstation fan and gamer This is a serious issue and inconvenience

My fiance and I have been customers for years. Bridget is absolutely horrible. She has the worst customer service I've have ever dealt with. She is extremely rude and talks to you like you're a child. We've been told several times that she will not be handling our account. Unfortunately today when my fiance called the store she was the one who answered the phone. She got extremely rude with him for no reason. We have been told several times that one likes her and they get complaints all thw time about her. I honestly don't understand or see how she is still working at that store. I am now trying to see who I need to contact that's above the managers thier. To file another complaint on her. This is not the first time I have filed a complaint about her.

I purchased a tv console and paid to have it delivered. The representative gave me a date for delivery, but the item was never delivered. I called the store the next day for response of why item was not delivered. The customer service informed me my item was for pickup. I informed her that was incorrect. She found where item was to be delivery and informed me the manager would call me back. I never received a call nor an apology. This was poor customer service. I will not purchase anything else from this store.
