Added $100 for protection without asking . Difficult in setting a time for me to pickup my order that was convenient. Difficulty in speaking with someone via phone . Very doubtful I will shop here again in the future .
Furniture was exactly as I wanted . Customer service sorely lacking .

Went by Farmer's today just looking for a bedroom suite, living room & possibly kitchen furniture. Benny was the sales associate that helped me. Bless it he was running back and forth to see what was in stock for me & was very wonderful at providing me prices. Thank you Benny for all of your help today. Purchasing an appliance from Farmers Furniture (Anniston) was the worst decision I've ever made. I purchased a refrigerator in June 2022. When the refrigerator was delivered the delivery guys had difficulties bringing the refrigerator through the door and during the process the refrigerator got scratched up in the door frame. The delivery guys had to disassemble the refrigerator by taking the doors and handles off to get it to fit through the door. My husband was home during the time of the delivery and the delivery guys asked him if he had any tools. My husband was nice enough to let him borrow his toolkit. While the delivery guys were trying to set up the refrigerator the water line that was supposed to be connected to the new refrigerator's ice maker broke; which caused our entire kitchen, sunroom, laundry room, and part of our dinning room to flood. My husband had to go outside to turn off the main water shut off valve. The next day I had to call a personal repairman to connect the water valve to our new refrigerator's ice maker. A week after the delivery, the refrigerator door handle came off. From June 2022-Dec. 2023, the freezer door handle has come off 4 times. When I called the store manager, Mr. David, he told me that it was no big deal and that my issue wasn't a serious issue. I informed him that I have a 1 year old that just started walking and she could get cut on her head or neck due to the sharp metal handle constantly hanging off. My husband, son (10 yr old), or I could also get cut on our leg due to the metal handle hanging down. Mr. David ignored my concern about the freezer handle until I refused to make a payment. He sent a repairman to my house to fix it again, but it still keeps falling off. I’m not sure if the repairman is using the wrong screws or maybe the refrigerator has a defect since it was scratched and damaged during delivery. I have requested they pick it up. Mr. David has threatened to sue me for this damaged and potentially dangerous refrigerator.

I bought my living room set a year ago, loved the service, delivery was fast and professional. The set is beautiful, reasonable price, and still looks great.
