Ill-mannered and disrespectful. If you already feel self conscious about your body this place will make you feel even worse. The owner was unprofessional and pushy when asked to give her name, she refused. Beautiful dresses and variety but poor customer service by far the worst I’ve experienced.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. My family went for bridesmaids dresses and literally weeks before the wedding they went to pick up and they had given all the dresses away then they said they lost them it was a whole mess. Now she is refusing to pay back for the dresses they lost or gave away. Everyone that works there have horrible attitudes and are so disrespectful. It has been the worst thing ever trying to deal with this lady. I do not recommend this place at all. Ladies go elsewhere to spend your hard earned money. This place is not it.

The lady was rude and had horrible customer service. I had gone to her shop for my bridesmaid dress along with the rest of the bridesmaids. We had paid for our dresses. Few weeks before the wedding we went back to pick them up and she told us the dresses were given to us. We all had to buy new dresses due to her mistake. We don’t live near by, we drive long distance to have this happen to us. But after a long battle, we got our money back.

It has been the worst place I have ever gone to. Bad customer service. the lady was rude and disrespectful torwards me and my mom. My mom wanted to try on a specific dress and color and they wouldn’t give it to her. She needed a different size and they wanted her to take something that didn’t fit and wouldn’t bring a bigger size unless she bought it. I didn’t like the way they were treating my mom so I just told mom to just leave. The lady started screaming at me calling me Amargada. Rude rude lady. I would NEVER recommend this place.

If I could give a 0 stars we would !!! The most unpleasant service!!!! Right when coming thru the door the lady working had the worst customer service like she didn’t want to sell or didn’t want to be there. We were shopping for quince maid of honor dresses, we wanted a few models and wanted to try on, she didn’t have them and gave us an attitude asking for $20-40 so she can go to the warehouse to get them lol also said she wasn’t going to leave her shop if we weren’t gonna buy WOW !!!! And it kept going so we just decided to go a few shops down and found the perfect dresses. Save yourself the headache with this shop and go elsewhere!!!!
