TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Dont use them. I never put reviews out on companies. I own my own company so i know how they hurt but when i have really bad service i feel it vital. This one is important. I started with this company and was told they could service both of my locations but ended up not being the case. Ididn't want to have two different companies servicing my biz locations so i asked to cancel within the first few weeks. That was a whole 3 to 4 week process for them to accomodate my request and just wanted to keep selling me their services. I spent lots of wasted time going back and forth with them to get my services canceled. Now a whole month and a half later i am still dealing with this issue as it hasn't been canceled and i am still being charged. I have never been so frustrated !!! Dont use this company is my recomendation

They told me the hard drive was bad, ordered a new part that was defective, then ordered same part again. After a week of waiting our company i.t. guy drove two hours and he had it up scanning and faxing with in minutes. The hard drive wasn't bad at all. I'm sure ill be billed for the three service calls, two parts, on top pf that the week waiting and wasted time loss of work when it didn't even need the hard drive. The service tek took several personal calls while here but on one call to his supervisor, I could hear the guy talking on the other end and he told him to tell me it needed the part and to make the sale. At first I thought I probably didn't hear it right, but now I know it was a set up sale. I do not trust their honesty now.

Koch Office Group did a superior job on our corporate /marketing offices at one of our businesses . The cubicle layouts turned out to be very functional and made our employees much more productive. They know what they are doing.
Most importantly , Dutch, Ella, and their employees are great people to work with !!

Koch Office personnel are courteous, professional, punctual and knowledgable. They are quick to respond to quote requests and service calls, and they take the time to explain what is included in the quote and what had to be done to fix the problem. Any time I am asked to research new printers or plotters I always request a quote from Koch. I only wish all businesses would exhibit the high quality of customer service that Koch Office does.
