I purchased my wedding dress here and if I didn’t love the dress with every ounce of my being, I would have 100% gone some place else. Not only did we have issues when another appointment showed up EARLY the gal helping me, who was supposed to be the manager (according to her name tag), seemed to act like she had no idea what to do and made the experience very unpleasant. I had TWO more dresses to try on and almost didn’t because I felt uncomfortable, but I did because why should I have to be affected by someone else showing up early? The second thing that made me have sour feelings about this place was when I called about another appointment to try on before picking my dress up and the lady thought she needed to be rude. As a consignment dress and formal wear store I would expect to be treated a little bit better when trying to pick out the dress I’m going to get MARRIED in. I hope their future customers get treated better and get treated with respect because I will NOT be returning or recommending anybody to go here.

I would highly recommend Elegant Repeats to anyone who is getting married! They were so helpful in the process of finding my wedding dress and veil. They were attentive and engaged from start to finish, from giving me a tour of the show room, helping me pick out dresses, helping me try them on, and giving feedback as needed. I found a veil that perfectly matched my wedding dress. They have high quality items at discounted prices. The staff is friendly and personable. I am so happy with my experience and purchase!

I went here to find a floor-length wedding guest dress, and I was SO impressed with the selection. I’d highly recommend this store for any of your formal dress needs. The gals working were super helpful. Everything is organized by size, so it’s super easy to navigate. And they have literally all sizes!! I wasn’t looking for a bridal gown, but many people were there trying them on. And they were gorgeous from what I saw. 🤩

Amazing shop! My future sister in law and I went to look for wedding dresses and you can pick out whatever you like to try on! The staff was super friendly and they even helped me zip up the dress if i needed! The experience was wonderful! And they have affordable dresses. I got my wedding dress for $200!

This place is fabulous! My friend and I came down from Dubuque to find her a dress for her daughter's upcoming wedding. I called first to see if driving down would be worth our while. I spoke to Bernadette, and she pulled some dresses in my friend's size, took pictures, and texted them to me. My friend liked what she saw in the pics, so we headed to the shop. She tried on several dresses, fell in love with the first one she tried on, and purchased it. It was a fraction of the cost of a new gown, and she couldn't be happier!

My daughter was trying on homecoming dresses and both the younger gal and the older lady kept telling me that only 5 dresses can be in the room. I knew that from prior visits. As my daughter was trying on her dress she really wanted and I needed to grab a different size for her she came to me asking if I had a son and I told her can I ask why and she told me and I told her she needed to go find his dad because I was in the middle of helping my daughter. Finally my daughter found her perfect dress for homecoming unaware that according to the older lady my son ruined a dress. We ended up paying for a 2 dresses. I didn't know we were paying for. I asked my husband why and he told me when we got to the car and I said did she show proof that our son did this. There are NO cameras or any pictures to prove that he did it. So my husband had to take our daughters dress and the other dress back because the lady said she would need it back if we didn't want to pay for the other dress my son supposedly ruined. Now I have my 14 year old in tears because she is a bigger girl and has had a hard time finding a dress she feels beautiful in and loved herself in and in a moment this horrible lady took it from her. Shame on you. May your grand children never go through the something you put my daughter through.

My family and I came in here for the first time because I was looking for a dress for
my son‘s wedding and I found the perfect one in here and I couldn’t of been more happy with it. I’m just glad I found this place I had a lot of dress choices and the service in there was outstanding. She helped me with whatever I needed and she pulled a lot of dresses out for me. I mean she was very helpful and I’m just glad I walked out with the dress.
