When we first got to our room our door lock was broken. We went to the front desk and the guy gave us attitude about wanting a door that locks fully. After he finally gave us a new room we had nothing but dirtiness everywhere. The sheets had stains and the top blanket looked like it had a boot print on it.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
This place is nasty! The room was infested with roaches I went to the front desk and told them about it and he gave me another room. I took my stuff out of the room and went to check the other room out and it was also infected with roaches. I travel for work and this is the absolute worst place I have ever been. Needless to say I left the econo and drove 30 sec. down the road to the Best Western which was amazing.

This was the saddest excuse for a hotel I have ever had the misfortune of staying at. It was so bad. I told my boss I would quit if he ever made me stay there again. Not only was the front desk Help the rudest I have ever encountered. The man actually rolled his eyes at me when I asked for some toilet paper. Toilet paper for goodness sakes. There were roaches in my room and in coworkers rooms as well. I put up my do not disturb sign and in most places stay out of my room means stay out of my room. And in every other place, I’ve been to with choice hotels they stay out of your room, but in this particular one, they do not matter what you have said. even if you tell the woman to stay out of your room she goes in anyway. Towels were brown, but we’re supposed to be white, you got two towels one washcloth and two hand towels. And through their little hotspot, not Wi-Fi a hotspot I got a virus on my laptop. All I can say is stay there at your own risk.

Nick at the front desk is very polite! Easy and quick checkin. The grounds are well kept and the room was clean. The heat and other appliances worked well. The price was great at about $82. I do have to complain about the mattress. It's completely worn out and sagging very bag. It's like sleeping in a hole with springs poking through. I couldn't imagine sleeping on it if I were at a heavy weight. It's bad! Because of this, my 8 hours spent here was uncomfortable.

Having had several bad Econo-Lodge experiences in the past, I made my Russellville reservation based on location, not on the brand... and hoped for the best. I was pleasantly surprised. The lobby area is still being remodeled, but my room had been completely redone. The hard-to-keep-clean carpeting was replaced with vinyl floors. The bathroom fixtures were modern and stylish. The grey and white decor was pleasantly done. For being an older exterior-access property, I was pleased with my room and how quiet it was. The wall sconce above the desk didn't have a bulb in it, but I just worked around it and reported it to the desk clerk when I checked out. The first programmed key didn't work, but I'm used to that since it seems to happen about 50% of the time.

Overall, I was pleasantly surprised and I would stay here again if I was in the area. I only gave "Facilities" a fair rating because they are still being renovated.

My room was nothing short of perfection. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I had a fantastic night's sleep.
One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, and they were always ready to assist with any queries

There rooms are clean. The staff was very nice and friendly. We had a dog so we had 2 choices and we chose Econo Lodge. The difference between this motel and the other one were huge. I wouldn't stay in the other one but for this motel the price being cheaper of course than the one motel they had around this area but didn't allow dogs we ended up staying another night. I would definitely stay here again. The rooms are like new because they have remodeled them. It has been a great stay! Thanks Econo Lodge for your clean rooms!

I wish they served some sort of continental breakfast in the morning. The gaps between the door is a little unsettling. You can see light beaming through all the way around. I have to roll up a towel to stop the cold air and keep bugs out. There is a huge ant infestation here and have been getting bit like crazy from something else. The rooms are a bit musky and they say no smoking but I can smell someone in the room next to me smoking and it seeps through. There is no free breakfast or even the option to buy one, and the only vending machines on the property do not work and have nothing in them.
